- What is man, that thou art mindful of him?
and the son of man, that thou visitest him? - And whatsoever ye do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God and the Father by him.
- Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace,
whose mind is stayed on thee:
because he trusteth in thee. - Seek ye the Lord while he may be found,
call ye upon him while he is near. - Wherefore God also hath highly exalted him, and given him a name which is above every name: That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth.
- So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.
- A man's pride shall bring him low:
but honour shall uphold the humble in spirit. - He that spared not his own Son, but delivered him up for us all, how shall he not with him also freely give us all things?
- Then Peter opened his mouth, and said, Of a truth I perceive that God is no respecter of persons: But in every nation he that feareth him, and worketh righteousness, is accepted with him.
- If we say that we have fellowship with him, and walk in darkness, we lie, and do not the truth.
- And the Lord God said, It is not good that the man should be alone; I will make him an help meet for him.
- Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me.
- But grow in grace, and in the knowledge of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. To him be glory both now and for ever. Amen.
- Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us, Unto him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus throughout all ages, world without end. Amen.
- But if from thence thou shalt seek the Lord thy God, thou shalt find him, if thou seek him with all thy heart and with all thy soul.
- He revealeth the deep and secret things:
he knoweth what is in the darkness,
and the light dwelleth with him. - Sing unto God, sing praises to his name:
extol him that rideth upon the heavens
by his name Jah, and rejoice before him.
A father of the fatherless, and a judge of the widows,
is God in his holy habitation. - Casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you.
- Touching the Almighty, we cannot find him out:
he is excellent in power, and in judgment,
and in plenty of justice: he will not afflict. - God shall bless us;
and all the ends of the earth shall fear him. - And Jesus said unto him, Go thy way; thy faith hath made thee whole. And immediately he received his sight, and followed Jesus in the way.
- But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.
- Only fear the Lord, and serve him in truth with all your heart: for consider how great things he hath done for you.
- But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name.
- Jesus said unto him, If thou canst believe, all things are possible to him that believeth.
But if we hope for that we see not, then do we with patience wait for it. Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.Next verse! With image
