- He only is my rock and my salvation:
he is my defence; I shall not be moved. - Truly my soul waiteth upon God:
from him cometh my salvation. - He only is my rock and my salvation;
he is my defence; I shall not be greatly moved. - And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God.
- And being made perfect, he became the author of eternal salvation unto all them that obey him.
- Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.
- The Lord is my light and my salvation;
whom shall I fear?
the Lord is the strength of my life;
of whom shall I be afraid? - Blessed be the Lord, who daily loadeth us with benefits,
even the God of our salvation. Selah. - For godly sorrow worketh repentance to salvation not to be repented of: but the sorrow of the world worketh death.
- In God is my salvation and my glory:
the rock of my strength, and my refuge, is in God. - Salvation belongeth unto the Lord:
thy blessing is upon thy people. Selah. - For so hath the Lord commanded us, saying, I have set thee to be a light of the Gentiles, that thou shouldest be for salvation unto the ends of the earth.
- But I will sacrifice unto thee
with the voice of thanksgiving;
I will pay that that I have vowed.
Salvation is of the Lord. - Help us, O God of our salvation,
for the glory of thy name:
and deliver us, and purge away our sins,
for thy name's sake. - For the Lord taketh pleasure in his people:
he will beautify the meek with salvation. - Therefore I will look unto the Lord;
I will wait for the God of my salvation:
my God will hear me. - But I have trusted in thy mercy;
my heart shall rejoice in thy salvation.
I will sing unto the Lord,
because he hath dealt bountifully with me. - Lead me in thy truth, and teach me:
for thou art the God of my salvation;
on thee do I wait all the day. - How beautiful upon the mountains
are the feet of him that bringeth good tidings,
that publisheth peace;
that bringeth good tidings of good,
that publisheth salvation;
that saith unto Zion,
Thy God reigneth! - For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek.
- As newborn babes, desire the sincere milk of the word, that ye may grow thereby.
- For the grace of God that bringeth salvation hath appeared to all men, Teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly, in this present world.
- I will love thee, O Lord, my strength.
The Lord is my rock, and my fortress, and my deliverer;
my God, my strength, in whom I will trust;
my buckler, and the horn of my salvation, and my high tower. - Whom having not seen, ye love; in whom, though now ye see him not, yet believing, ye rejoice with joy unspeakable and full of glory: Receiving the end of your faith, even the salvation of your souls.
- So Christ was once offered to bear the sins of many; and unto them that look for him shall he appear the second time without sin unto salvation.
I will greatly rejoice in the Lord,
my soul shall be joyful in my God;
for he hath clothed me with the garments of salvation,
he hath covered me with the robe of righteousness,
as a bridegroom decketh himself with ornaments,
and as a bride adorneth herself with her jewels.Who is this King of glory?
The Lord of hosts,
he is the King of glory. Selah.
