But the Lord said to Samuel, “Do not consider his appearance or his height, for I have rejected him. The Lord does not look at the things people look at. People look at the outward appearance, but the Lord looks at the heart.”But Yahweh said to Samuel, “Don’t look on his face, or on the height of his stature, because I have rejected him; for I don’t see as man sees. If anyone has material possessions and sees a brother or sister in need but has no pity on them, how can the love of God be in that person?But whoever has the world’s goods and sees his brother in need, then closes his heart of compassion against him, how does God’s love remain in him?
But when you pray, go into your room, close the door and pray to your Father, who is unseen. Then your Father, who sees what is done in secret, will reward you.But you, when you pray, enter into your inner room, and having shut your door, pray to your Father who is in secret; and your Father who sees in secret will reward you openly.

So we fix our eyes not on what is seen, but on what is unseen, since what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal.While we don’t look at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen. For the things which are seen are temporal, but the things which are not seen are eternal.
Taste and see that the Lord is good; blessed is the one who takes refuge in him.Oh taste and see that Yahweh is good. Blessed is the man who takes refuge in him.
You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart.You shall seek me and find me, when you search for me with all your heart.
Then God said, “I give you every seed-bearing plant on the face of the whole earth and every tree that has fruit with seed in it. They will be yours for food.”God said, “Behold, I have given you every herb yielding seed, which is on the surface of all the earth, and every tree, which bears fruit yielding seed. It will be your food.”
Now faith is confidence in what we hope for and assurance about what we do not see.Now faith is assurance of things hoped for, proof of things not seen.
Then Jesus said, “Did I not tell you that if you believe, you will see the glory of God?”Jesus said to her, “Didn’t I tell you that if you believed, you would see God’s glory?”

Till the Spirit is poured on us from on high, and the desert becomes a fertile field, and the fertile field seems like a forest.Until the Spirit is poured on us from on high, and the wilderness becomes a fruitful field, and the fruitful field is considered a forest.

See to it, brothers and sisters, that none of you has a sinful, unbelieving heart that turns away from the living God.Beware, brothers, lest perhaps there might be in any one of you an evil heart of unbelief, in falling away from the living God.
