- Moreover if thy brother shall trespass against thee, go and tell him his fault between thee and him alone: if he shall hear thee, thou hast gained thy brother.
- Be thou exalted, O God, above the heavens:
and thy glory above all the earth. - And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.
- Order my steps in thy word:
and let not any iniquity have dominion over me. - I will extol thee, my God, O king;
and I will bless thy name for ever and ever. - Be thou exalted, O God, above the heavens;
let thy glory be above all the earth. - Open thy mouth, judge righteously,
and plead the cause of the poor and needy. - Thou shalt keep therefore his statutes, and his commandments, which I command thee this day, that it may go well with thee, and with thy children after thee, and that thou mayest prolong thy days upon the earth, which the Lord thy God giveth thee, for ever.
- He will not suffer thy foot to be moved:
he that keepeth thee will not slumber. - Thou, O Lord, remainest for ever;
thy throne from generation to generation. - Whither shall I go from thy spirit?
or whither shall I flee from thy presence?
If I ascend up into heaven, thou art there:
if I make my bed in hell, behold, thou art there. - Arise, shine; for thy light is come,
and the glory of the Lord is risen upon thee. - Hear, O my son, and receive my sayings;
and the years of thy life shall be many. - Turn us again, O Lord God of hosts,
cause thy face to shine; and we shall be saved. - The entrance of thy words giveth light;
it giveth understanding unto the simple. - I will be glad and rejoice in thee:
I will sing praise to thy name, O thou most High. - With my whole heart have I sought thee:
O let me not wander from thy commandments. - And I will make thy seed to multiply as the stars of heaven, and will give unto thy seed all these countries; and in thy seed shall all the nations of the earth be blessed; Because that Abraham obeyed my voice, and kept my charge, my commandments, my statutes, and my laws.
- Honour the Lord with thy substance,
and with the firstfruits of all thine increase. - And they said, Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved, and thy house.
- Behold, I come quickly: hold that fast which thou hast, that no man take thy crown.
- For thou art my rock and my fortress;
therefore for thy name's sake lead me, and guide me. - Open thy mouth for the dumb in the cause of all
such as are appointed to destruction. - I will praise thee, O Lord, with my whole heart;
I will shew forth all thy marvellous works. - In thee, O Lord, do I put my trust;
let me never be ashamed:
deliver me in thy righteousness.
Bear ye one another's burdens, and so fulfil the law of Christ. For if there be first a willing mind, it is accepted according to that a man hath, and not according to that he hath not.Next verse!With image
