  • To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven.
  • And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.

  • And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.
  • And the Lord shall deliver me from every evil work, and will preserve me unto his heavenly kingdom: to whom be glory for ever and ever. Amen.
  • For by one offering he hath perfected for ever them that are sanctified.
  • But I say unto you, That every idle word that men shall speak, they shall give account thereof in the day of judgment.
  • The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.

  • The Lord will perfect that which concerneth me:
    thy mercy, O Lord, endureth for ever:
    forsake not the works of thine own hands.
  • Let every soul be subject unto the higher powers. For there is no power but of God: the powers that be are ordained of God.
  • And Jesus answered and said, Verily I say unto you, There is no man that hath left house, or brethren, or sisters, or father, or mother, or wife, or children, or lands, for my sake, and the gospel's, But he shall receive an hundredfold now in this time, houses, and brethren, and sisters, and mothers, and children, and lands, with persecutions; and in the world to come eternal life.
  • But he answered and said, It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God.
