Chinese (traditional)Bible Verses about 'I'
- What time I am afraid, I will trust in thee.
- I will sing unto the Lord as long as I live:
I will sing praise to my God while I have my being. - And even to your old age I am he;
and even to hoar hairs will I carry you:
I have made, and I will bear;
even I will carry, and will deliver you. - I will not leave you comfortless: I will come to you.
- Also I heard the voice of the Lord, saying, Whom shall I send, and who will go for us? Then said I, Here am I; send me.
- And I will walk at liberty:
for I seek thy precepts. - Nevertheless I tell you the truth; It is expedient for you that I go away: for if I go not away, the Comforter will not come unto you; but if I depart, I will send him unto you.
- I wait for the Lord, my soul doth wait,
and in his word do I hope. - Fear thou not; for I am with thee:
be not dismayed; for I am thy God:
I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee;
yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness. - Not that I speak in respect of want: for I have learned, in whatsoever state I am, therewith to be content.
- In God I will praise his word,
in God I have put my trust;
I will not fear what flesh can do unto me. - And I will strengthen the house of Judah,
and I will save the house of Joseph,
and I will bring them again to place them;
for I have mercy upon them:
and they shall be as though I had not cast them off:
for I am the Lord their God, and will hear them. - Be still, and know that I am God:
I will be exalted among the heathen,
I will be exalted in the earth. - Thy word have I hid in mine heart,
that I might not sin against thee. - I have chosen the way of truth:
thy judgments have I laid before me. - For do I now persuade men, or God? or do I seek to please men? for if I yet pleased men, I should not be the servant of Christ.
- I am sought of them that asked not for me;
I am found of them that sought me not:
I said, Behold me, behold me,
unto a nation that was not called by my name. - For I the Lord thy God
will hold thy right hand,
saying unto thee, Fear not;
I will help thee. - Whither shall I go from thy spirit?
or whither shall I flee from thy presence?
If I ascend up into heaven, thou art there:
if I make my bed in hell, behold, thou art there. - But I will sacrifice unto thee
with the voice of thanksgiving;
I will pay that that I have vowed.
Salvation is of the Lord. - As many as I love, I rebuke and chasten: be zealous therefore, and repent.
- I will be glad and rejoice in thee:
I will sing praise to thy name, O thou most High. - I will praise thee with uprightness of heart,
when I shall have learned thy righteous judgments. - I acknowledge my sin unto thee,
and mine iniquity have I not hid.
I said, I will confess my transgressions unto the Lord;
and thou forgavest the iniquity of my sin. Selah. - I had fainted, unless I had believed
to see the goodness of the Lord
in the land of the living.
Whom have I in heaven but thee?
and there is none upon earth that I desire beside thee.Delight thyself also in the Lord:
and he shall give thee the desires of thine heart.
