Chinese (traditional)He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most High
shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty.
I will say of the Lord, He is my refuge and my fortress:
my God; in him will I trust. A new commandment I give unto you, That ye love one another; as I have loved you, that ye also love one another. For the flesh lusteth against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh: and these are contrary the one to the other: so that ye cannot do the things that ye would. He that handleth a matter wisely shall find good:
and whoso trusteth in the Lord, happy is he. Ye have not chosen me, but I have chosen you, and ordained you, that ye should go and bring forth fruit, and that your fruit should remain: that whatsoever ye shall ask of the Father in my name, he may give it you. Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. Ye that love the Lord, hate evil:
he preserveth the souls of his saints;
he delivereth them out of the hand of the wicked. This is the stone which was set at nought of you builders, which is become the head of the corner. For whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world: and this is the victory that overcometh the world, even our faith. For we are labourers together with God: ye are God's husbandry, ye are God's building. For in much wisdom is much grief:
and he that increaseth knowledge increaseth sorrow. For God is not unrighteous to forget your work and labour of love, which ye have shewed toward his name, in that ye have ministered to the saints, and do minister. For a day in thy courts is better than a thousand.
I had rather be a doorkeeper in the house of my God,
than to dwell in the tents of wickedness. And God blessed the seventh day, and sanctified it: because that in it he had rested from all his work which God created and made. For even the Son of man came not to be ministered unto, but to minister, and to give his life a ransom for many. In all labour there is profit:
but the talk of the lips tendeth only to penury. The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all. Amen. For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved. For there is not a word in my tongue,
but, lo, O Lord, thou knowest it altogether. That the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give unto you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of him. For if ye forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you. He giveth power to the faint;
and to them that have no might he increaseth strength. For this is the message that ye heard from the beginning, that we should love one another. But if the wicked will turn from all his sins that he hath committed, and keep all my statutes, and do that which is lawful and right, he shall surely live, he shall not die. By the word of the Lord were the heavens made;
and all the host of them by the breath of his mouth. For in him we live, and move, and have our being; as certain also of your own poets have said, For we are also his offspring. So then they that are in the flesh cannot please God. For I know that my redeemer liveth,
and that he shall stand at the latter day upon the earth. Who is he that overcometh the world, but he that believeth that Jesus is the Son of God? And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth. Cause me to hear thy lovingkindness in the morning;
for in thee do I trust:
cause me to know the way wherein I should walk;
for I lift up my soul unto thee. Who is this King of glory?
The Lord of hosts,
he is the King of glory. Selah. But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.Next verse!With image
