- The Lord will become king over the whole earth. When that day comes, he will be the only Lord, and his name will be the only name.
- What then can we say in response to all this? If God is for us, who can be against us?
- We know that God makes all things work together for good for those who love him and who are called according to his purpose.
- The name of the Lord is a tower of strength;
the upright man runs to it and finds refuge. - You intended to do evil to me, but God decided to make it serve a good, to fulfill that which today has come true: to keep alive a numerous people.
- If the Lord does not build the house,
those who construct it labor in vain.

And the proof that he abides in us
is the Spirit that he has given us. - As a deer longs for running streams,
so my soul longs for you, O God. - Who has performed these deeds and accomplished this?
Who has summoned the nations from the beginning?
I, the Lord, am the first,
and I will be there with the last. - Beloved,
since God loved us so much,
we should love one another. - Indeed, who is God except the Lord?
Who is the Rock besides our God? - The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ and the love of God and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit be with you all.
- God is not human, that he should lie,
or the son of man, that he should change his mind.
Does he speak and then not act,
does he promise and then not fulfill it? - The powerful suffer want and go hungry,
but those who seek the Lord want for no good thing. - Hear, O Israel, the Lord, our God, is Lord alone. You shall love the Lord, your God, with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your might.
