- Cause me to hear thy lovingkindness in the morning;
for in thee do I trust:
cause me to know the way wherein I should walk;
for I lift up my soul unto thee. - The Lord shall preserve thee from all evil:
he shall preserve thy soul.
The Lord shall preserve thy going out and thy coming in
from this time forth, and even for evermore. - Grant thee according to thine own heart,
and fulfil all thy counsel. - What time I am afraid, I will trust in thee.
- Behold, how good and how pleasant it is
for brethren to dwell together in unity! - Thy word is a lamp unto my feet,
and a light unto my path. - My flesh and my heart faileth:
but God is the strength of my heart,
and my portion for ever. - Why art thou cast down, O my soul?
and why art thou disquieted within me?
hope thou in God:
for I shall yet praise him,
who is the health of my countenance, and my God. - Let every thing that hath breath praise the Lord.
Praise ye the Lord. - He healeth the broken in heart,
and bindeth up their wounds.
Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God. The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.Next verse!With image
