Indeed, who is God except the Lord? Who is the Rock besides our God?For who is God save the Lord? or who is a rock save our God?
For who is God except the Lord? Who is a rock aside from our God?For who is God, save the Lord? and who is a rock, save our God?

What then should we say? That the Law is sinful? Absolutely not! Yet if it had not been for the Law, I would not have known what sin was. If the Lord does not build the house, those who construct it labor in vain. If the Lord does not guard the city, those who keep watch over it do so in vain.Except the Lord build the house, they labour in vain that build it: except the Lord keep the city, the watchman waketh but in vain.
No, I tell you. But unless you repent, you will all perish as they did.I tell you, Nay: but, except ye repent, ye shall all likewise perish.
Through him all things came into existence, and without him there was nothing. That which came to be.All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made.
You are the salt of the earth. But if salt loses its taste, what can be done to make it salty once again? Jesus said, “Amen, amen, I say to you, no one can enter the kingdom of God unless he is born of water and the Spirit.”Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God.
A thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy. I have come that they may have life, and have it in abundance.The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.
He has made everything suitable for its time, and he has given men a sense of past and future, but they never have the slightest comprehension of what God has wrought from beginning to end.He hath made every thing beautiful in his time: also he hath set the world in their heart, so that no man can find out the work that God maketh from the beginning to the end.

But when you fast, put oil on your head and wash your face, so that the fact that you are fasting will not be obvious to others but only to your Father who is hidden. And your Father who sees everything that is done in secret will reward you.But thou, when thou fastest, anoint thine head, and wash thy face; That thou appear not unto men to fast, but unto thy Father which is in secret: and thy Father, which seeth in secret, shall reward thee openly.
