Bible Verses about 'Him'
- For from him and through him and for him are all things.
To him be the glory forever! Amen. - The Lord is near to all who call on him,
to all who call on him in truth. - The Lord is with you when you are with him. If you seek him, he will be found by you, but if you forsake him, he will forsake you.
- Here is a trustworthy saying:
If we died with him,
we will also live with him. - It is the Lord your God you must follow, and him you must revere. Keep his commands and obey him; serve him and hold fast to him.

- This is the message we have heard from him and declare to you: God is light; in him there is no darkness at all.
- All the prophets testify about him that everyone who believes in him receives forgiveness of sins through his name.
- Yes, my soul, find rest in God;

my salvation comes from him. - And now, dear children, continue in him, so that when he appears we may be confident and unashamed before him at his coming.
- But if from there you seek the Lord your God, you will find him if you seek him with all your heart and with all your soul.
- Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you.
- Observe the commands of the Lord your God, walking in obedience to him and revering him.
- The Lord is my strength and my shield;
my heart trusts in him, and he helps me.
My heart leaps for joy,
and with my song I praise him. - And without faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him.
- As Scripture says, “Anyone who believes in him will never be put to shame.”
- The Lord will rescue his servants;
no one who takes refuge in him will be condemned. - I say to myself, “The Lord is my portion;
therefore I will wait for him.” - May God bless us still,
so that all the ends of the earth will fear him. - Blessed are those who keep his statutes
and seek him with all their heart. - For it has been granted to you on behalf of Christ not only to believe in him, but also to suffer for him.
- The Lord God said, “It is not good for the man to be alone. I will make a helper suitable for him.”
- Dear friends, now we are children of God, and what we will be has not yet been made known. But we know that when Christ appears, we shall be like him, for we shall see him as he is. All who have this hope in him purify themselves, just as he is pure.
- Taste and see that the Lord is good;
blessed is the one who takes refuge in him. - Jesus replied, “Anyone who loves me will obey my teaching. My Father will love them, and we will come to them and make our home with them.”
- So Peter was kept in prison, but the church was earnestly praying to God for him.
- Every word of God is flawless;
he is a shield to those who take refuge in him. - I can do all this through him who gives me strength.
- And, once made perfect, he became the source of eternal salvation for all who obey him.
- This is how we know that we live in him and he in us: He has given us of his Spirit.
- The Lord is good,
a refuge in times of trouble.
He cares for those who trust in him. - No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us.
- Dear friends, if our hearts do not condemn us, we have confidence before God and receive from him anything we ask, because we keep his commands and do what pleases him.
- Yet to all who did receive him, to those who believed in his name, he gave the right to become children of God.
- But the eyes of the Lord are on those who fear him,
on those whose hope is in his unfailing love. - Surely he took up our pain
and bore our suffering,
yet we considered him punished by God,
stricken by him, and afflicted. - As a father has compassion on his children,
so the Lord has compassion on those who fear him. - Therefore God exalted him to the highest place and gave him the name that is above every name, that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth.
- After he said this, he was taken up before their very eyes, and a cloud hid him from their sight.
- While they were there, the time came for the baby to be born, and she gave birth to her firstborn, a son. She wrapped him in cloths and placed him in a manger, because there was no guest room available for them.
Therefore we do not lose heart. Though outwardly we are wasting away, yet inwardly we are being renewed day by day. Ah, Sovereign Lord, you have made the heavens and the earth by your great power and outstretched arm. Nothing is too hard for you.Next verse!With image
