- Then Jesus told him, “Because you have seen me, you have believed; blessed are those who have not seen and yet have believed.”
- This is how God showed his love among us: He sent his one and only Son into the world that we might live through him.
- If we claim to have fellowship with him and yet walk in the darkness, we lie and do not live out the truth.
- But grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. To him be glory both now and forever! Amen.

- For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.
- Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe stands condemned already because they have not believed in the name of God’s one and only Son.
- Paul said, “John’s baptism was a baptism of repentance. He told the people to believe in the one coming after him, that is, in Jesus.”
- Why, my soul, are you downcast?
Why so disturbed within me?
Put your hope in God,
for I will yet praise him,
my Savior and my God. - She will give birth to a son, and you are to give him the name Jesus, because he will save his people from their sins.
- And the people said to Joshua, “We will serve the Lord our God and obey him.”

and wait patiently for him;
do not fret when people succeed in their ways,
when they carry out their wicked schemes. - He was despised and rejected by mankind,
a man of suffering, and familiar with pain.
Like one from whom people hide their faces
he was despised, and we held him in low esteem. - The one who eats everything must not treat with contempt the one who does not, and the one who does not eat everything must not judge the one who does, for God has accepted them.
- For we believe that Jesus died and rose again, and so we believe that God will bring with Jesus those who have fallen asleep in him.
Be on your guard; stand firm in the faith; be courageous; be strong. And whatever you do, whether in word or deed, do it all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him.Next verse!With image
