Bible Verses about 'It'

Do not withhold good from those to whom it is due, when it is in your power to do it.Withhold not good from them to whom it is due, when it is in the power of thine hand to do it.
If the world hates you, know that it has hated me before it hated you.If the world hate you, ye know that it hated me before it hated you.
So shall my word be that goes out from my mouth; it shall not return to me empty, but it shall accomplish that which I purpose, and shall succeed in the thing for which I sent it.So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it.
Whoever finds his life will lose it, and whoever loses his life for my sake will find it.He that findeth his life shall lose it: and he that loseth his life for my sake shall find it.
No one after lighting a lamp covers it with a jar or puts it under a bed, but puts it on a stand, so that those who enter may see the light. No man, when he hath lighted a candle, covereth it with a vessel, or putteth it under a bed; but setteth it on a candlestick, that they which enter in may see the light.
For whoever would save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for my sake will save it.For whosoever will save his life shall lose it: but whosoever will lose his life for my sake, the same shall save it.
Now as they were eating, Jesus took bread, and after blessing it broke it and gave it to the disciples, and said, “Take, eat; this is my body.”And as they were eating, Jesus took bread, and blessed it, and brake it, and gave it to the disciples, and said, Take, eat; this is my body.
For whoever would save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for my sake will find it.For whosoever will save his life shall lose it: and whosoever will lose his life for my sake shall find it.
If your right eye causes you to sin, tear it out and throw it away. For it is better that you lose one of your members than that your whole body be thrown into hell. And if thy right eye offend thee, pluck it out, and cast it from thee: for it is profitable for thee that one of thy members should perish, and not that thy whole body should be cast into hell.
And a highway shall be there, and it shall be called the Way of Holiness; the unclean shall not pass over it. It shall belong to those who walk on the way; even if they are fools, they shall not go astray. And an highway shall be there, and a way, and it shall be called The way of holiness; the unclean shall not pass over it; but it shall be for those: the wayfaring men, though fools, shall not err therein.
So also faith by itself, if it does not have works, is dead.Even so faith, if it hath not works, is dead, being alone.
So God blessed the seventh day and made it holy, because on it God rested from all his work that he had done in creation. And God blessed the seventh day, and sanctified it: because that in it he had rested from all his work which God created and made.
Turn away from evil and do good; seek peace and pursue it.Depart from evil, and do good; seek peace, and pursue it.
When your eyes light on it, it is gone, for suddenly it sprouts wings, flying like an eagle toward heaven.Wilt thou set thine eyes upon that which is not? for riches certainly make themselves wings; they fly away as an eagle toward heaven.
For whoever would save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for my sake and the gospel's will save it.For whosoever will save his life shall lose it; but whosoever shall lose his life for my sake and the gospel's, the same shall save it.
Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you.Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you.
It is a snare to say rashly, “It is holy,” and to reflect only after making vows.It is a snare to the man who devoureth that which is holy, and after vows to make enquiry.
Love is patient and kind; love does not envy or boast; it is not arrogant or rude. It does not insist on its own way; it is not irritable or resentful.Charity suffereth long, and is kind; charity envieth not; charity vaunteth not itself, is not puffed up, Doth not behave itself unseemly, seeketh not her own, is not easily provoked, thinketh no evil.
If possible, so far as it depends on you, live peaceably with all.If it be possible, as much as lieth in you, live peaceably with all men.
The blessing of the Lord makes rich, and he adds no sorrow with it.The blessing of the Lord, it maketh rich, and he addeth no sorrow with it.
It is better to take refuge in the Lord than to trust in man.It is better to trust in the Lord than to put confidence in man.
But I say to you, Do not take an oath at all, either by heaven, for it is the throne of God, or by the earth, for it is his footstool, or by Jerusalem, for it is the city of the great King. But I say unto you, Swear not at all; neither by heaven; for it is God's throne: Nor by the earth; for it is his footstool: neither by Jerusalem; for it is the city of the great King.
And I tell you, ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you.And I say unto you, Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you.
