- A good name is rather to be chosen than great riches,
and loving favour rather than silver and gold. - But the wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, and easy to be intreated, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality, and without hypocrisy.
- Finally, be ye all of one mind, having compassion one of another, love as brethren, be pitiful, be courteous.

a broken and a contrite heart,
O God, thou wilt not despise. - Make thy face to shine upon thy servant:
save me for thy mercies' sake. - No man hath seen God at any time. If we love one another, God dwelleth in us, and his love is perfected in us.
- The Lord is merciful and gracious,
slow to anger, and plenteous in mercy. - And Jesus looking upon them saith, With men it is impossible, but not with God: for with God all things are possible.
- So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.
- Blessed are the pure in heart:
for they shall see God. - And God said, Let there be light: and there was light.

O the depth of the riches both of the wisdom and knowledge of God! how unsearchable are his judgments, and his ways past finding out! Jesus said unto her, I am the resurrection, and the life: he that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live: And whosoever liveth and believeth in me shall never die.
