- Dear friend, I pray that you may enjoy good health and that all may go well with you, even as your soul is getting along well.
- The Lord said to Moses, “Come up to me on the mountain and stay here, and I will give you the tablets of stone with the law and commandments I have written for their instruction.”

A cord of three strands is not quickly broken. - I pray that out of his glorious riches he may strengthen you with power through his Spirit in your inner being, so that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith. And I pray that you, being rooted and established in love.

be pleasing in your sight,

Flee the evil desires of youth and pursue righteousness, faith, love and peace, along with those who call on the Lord out of a pure heart. Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind.
