- I will love thee, O Lord, my strength.
The Lord is my rock, and my fortress, and my deliverer;
my God, my strength, in whom I will trust;
my buckler, and the horn of my salvation, and my high tower. - In God is my salvation and my glory:
the rock of my strength, and my refuge, is in God. - My flesh and my heart faileth:
but God is the strength of my heart,
and my portion for ever. - For thou wilt light my candle:
the Lord my God will enlighten my darkness. - He only is my rock and my salvation:
he is my defence; I shall not be moved. - He only is my rock and my salvation;
he is my defence; I shall not be greatly moved. - Let the words of my mouth,
and the meditation of my heart,
be acceptable in thy sight,
O Lord, my strength, and my redeemer. - The Lord is my strength and my shield;
my heart trusted in him, and I am helped:
therefore my heart greatly rejoiceth;
and with my song will I praise him. - Thou art my hiding place and my shield:
I hope in thy word. - Thy word is a lamp unto my feet,
and a light unto my path. - My son, if thine heart be wise,
my heart shall rejoice, even mine. - I delight to do thy will, O my God:
yea, thy law is within my heart. - Turn you at my reproof:
behold, I will pour out my spirit unto you,
I will make known my words unto you. - Truly my soul waiteth upon God:
from him cometh my salvation. - In my distress I called upon the Lord,
and cried unto my God:
he heard my voice out of his temple,
and my cry came before him, even into his ears. - Hear my prayer, O Lord,
and give ear unto my cry;
hold not thy peace at my tears:
for I am a stranger with thee,
and a sojourner, as all my fathers were. - My soul, wait thou only upon God;
for my expectation is from him. - And I will put my spirit within you, and cause you to walk in my statutes, and ye shall keep my judgments, and do them.
- He that eateth my flesh, and drinketh my blood, dwelleth in me, and I in him.
- Ye shall keep my sabbaths, and reverence my sanctuary: I am the Lord.
- When I kept silence, my bones waxed old
through my roaring all the day long. - Lord, all my desire is before thee;
and my groaning is not hid from thee. - I cried unto him with my mouth,
and he was extolled with my tongue. - The Lord is my light and my salvation;
whom shall I fear?
the Lord is the strength of my life;
of whom shall I be afraid? - If ye keep my commandments, ye shall abide in my love; even as I have kept my Father's commandments, and abide in his love.
The Lord is my portion, saith my soul;
therefore will I hope in him.Whoso loveth instruction loveth knowledge:
but he that hateth reproof is brutish. Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God. And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.Next verse!With image
