- Put away from thee a froward mouth,
and perverse lips put far from thee. - Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.
- What time I am afraid, I will trust in thee.
- And they stripped him, and put on him a scarlet robe. And when they had platted a crown of thorns, they put it upon his head, and a reed in his right hand: and they bowed the knee before him, and mocked him, saying, Hail, King of the Jews!
- And I will put my spirit within you, and cause you to walk in my statutes, and ye shall keep my judgments, and do them.
- And above all these things put on charity, which is the bond of perfectness.
- In thee, O Lord, do I put my trust;

deliver me in thy righteousness. - Lie not one to another, seeing that ye have put off the old man with his deeds; And have put on the new man, which is renewed in knowledge after the image of him that created him.
- But put ye on the Lord Jesus Christ, and make not provision for the flesh, to fulfil the lusts thereof.
- It is better to trust in the Lord
than to put confidence in man. - Preserve me, O God:
for in thee do I put my trust. - Now therefore put away, said he, the strange gods which are among you, and incline your heart unto the Lord God of Israel.
- For the scripture saith, Whosoever believeth on him shall not be ashamed.
- Let us not therefore judge one another any more: but judge this rather, that no man put a stumblingblock or an occasion to fall in his brother's way.
- Put on therefore, as the elect of God, holy and beloved, bowels of mercies, kindness, humbleness of mind, meekness, longsuffering.
- And they that know thy name will put their trust in thee:
for thou, Lord, hast not forsaken them that seek thee. - A new heart also will I give you, and a new spirit will I put within you: and I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you an heart of flesh.
- Therefore remove sorrow from thy heart, and put away evil from thy flesh: for childhood and youth are vanity.
- Mortify therefore your members which are upon the earth; fornication, uncleanness, inordinate affection, evil concupiscence, and covetousness, which is idolatry.
- For ye are all the children of God by faith in Christ Jesus. For as many of you as have been baptized into Christ have put on Christ.
- In God I will praise his word,
in God I have put my trust;
I will not fear what flesh can do unto me. - Wash you, make you clean;
put away the evil of your doings
from before mine eyes;
cease to do evil. - Every word of God is pure:
he is a shield unto them that put their trust in him. - Thou art my hiding place and my shield:
I hope in thy word. - Neither do men light a candle, and put it under a bushel, but on a candlestick; and it giveth light unto all that are in the house. Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven.
Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.Who is this King of glory?
The Lord of hosts,
