- Be still, and know that I am God.
I will be exalted among the nations,
I will be exalted in the earth! - As for you, you meant evil against me, but God meant it for good, to bring it about that many people should be kept alive, as they are today.
- By this we know that we abide in him and he in us, because he has given us of his Spirit.
- Before the mountains were brought forth,
or ever you had formed the earth and the world,
from everlasting to everlasting you are God. - And this is eternal life, that they know you, the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom you have sent.
- For who is God, but the Lord?
And who is a rock, except our God? - Oh, the depth of the riches and wisdom and knowledge of God! How unsearchable are his judgments and how inscrutable his ways!

your throne endures to all generations. - Can a man hide himself in secret places so that I cannot see him? declares the Lord.
Do I not fill heaven and earth? declares the Lord. - No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us.
- God is not man, that he should lie,
or a son of man, that he should change his mind.
Has he said, and will he not do it?
Or has he spoken, and will he not fulfill it? - The Spirit himself bears witness with our spirit that we are children of God.
- Blessed is the nation whose God is the Lord,
the people whom he has chosen as his heritage! - So God created man in his own image,
in the image of God he created him;
male and female he created them. - So I will show my greatness and my holiness and make myself known in the eyes of many nations. Then they will know that I am the Lord.
