- Rejoice in the Lord always; again I will say, rejoice.

and excellent in wisdom. - Anyone who does not love does not know God, because God is love.
- For there is one God, and there is one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus.
- Unless the Lord builds the house,
those who build it labor in vain.
Unless the Lord watches over the city,
the watchman stays awake in vain. - He was still speaking when, behold, a bright cloud overshadowed them, and a voice from the cloud said, “This is my beloved Son, with whom I am well pleased; listen to him.”
- Who has performed and done this,
calling the generations from the beginning?
I, the Lord, the first,
and with the last; I am he. - The name of the Lord is a strong tower;
the righteous man runs into it and is safe. - And we know that for those who love God all things work together for good, for those who are called according to his purpose.
- And the Lord will be king over all the earth. On that day the Lord will be one and his name one.
- By this we know that we abide in him and he in us, because he has given us of his Spirit.
