Chinese (traditional)Bible Verses about Planning
- Commit your work to the Lord,
and your plans will be established. - For which of you, intending to build a tower, does not first sit down and estimate the cost, to see whether he has enough to complete it?
- For surely I know the plans I have for you, says the Lord, plans for your welfare and not for harm, to give you a future with hope.
- The human mind plans the way,
but the Lord directs the steps. - May he grant you your heart's desire,
and fulfill all your plans. - Without counsel, plans go wrong,
but with many advisers they succeed. - The human mind may devise many plans,
but it is the purpose of the Lord that will be established. - Let me hear of your steadfast love in the morning,
for in you I put my trust.
Teach me the way I should go,
for to you I lift up my soul. - For everything there is a season, and a time for every matter under heaven.
- For my thoughts are not your thoughts,
nor are your ways my ways, says the Lord. - Do not wear yourself out to get rich;
be wise enough to desist. - So teach us to count our days
that we may gain a wise heart. - For as the heavens are higher than the earth,
so are my ways higher than your ways
and my thoughts than your thoughts. - This also comes from the Lord of hosts;
he is wonderful in counsel,
and excellent in wisdom. - These things God has revealed to us through the Spirit; for the Spirit searches everything, even the depths of God.
- Surely the Lord God does nothing,
without revealing his secret
to his servants the prophets. - Do not envy the violent
and do not choose any of their ways;
for the perverse are an abomination to the Lord,
but the upright are in his confidence.
For you were called to freedom, brothers and sisters; only do not use your freedom as an opportunity for self-indulgence, but through love become slaves to one another.
