As (2/4)

For wives, this means submit to your husbands as to the Lord. For a husband is the head of his wife as Christ is the head of the church. He is the Savior of his body, the church.Wives, be subject to your husbands as you are to the Lord. For the husband is the head of the wife, just as Christ is the head of the Church, the body of which he is the Savior.
Therefore, accept each other just as Christ has accepted you so that God will be given glory. Therefore, accept one another for the glory of God, just as Christ has accepted you.
Dear friend, I hope all is well with you and that you are as healthy in body as you are strong in spirit.Beloved, I pray that everything is going well with you and that your bodily health is equal to that of your soul.
For there is one body and one Spirit, just as you have been called to one glorious hope for the future. There is one body and one Spirit, as well as one hope to which you have been called by your vocation.
So encourage each other and build each other up, just as you are already doing. Therefore, encourage one another and strengthen one another, as indeed you are doing.
So be careful how you live. Don’t live like fools, but like those who are wise. Make the most of every opportunity in these evil days. Therefore, take care to live as intelligent people, and do not be like those who are senseless. Make the most of the present time, for this is a wicked age.
As I learn your righteous regulations, I will thank you by living as I should!I will praise you in sincerity of heart as I ponder your righteous judgments.
For once you were full of darkness, but now you have light from the Lord. So live as people of light!Once you were darkness, but now you are light in the Lord. Live as children of light.
For the whole law can be summed up in this one command: “Love your neighbor as yourself.”For the entire Law can be summed up in a single commandment: “You shall love your neighbor as yourself.”
This is my commandment: Love each other in the same way I have loved you. This is my commandment: love one another as I have loved you.
May the Lord our God be with us as he was with our ancestors; may he never leave us or abandon us.May the Lord, our God, be with us, just as he was with our fathers; may he not leave us or abandon us.
As iron sharpens iron, so a friend sharpens a friend. As iron sharpens iron, so a man sharpens the wits of his neighbor.
Live a life filled with love, following the example of Christ. He loved us and offered himself as a sacrifice for us, a pleasing aroma to God.And walk in love, as Christ loved us and gave himself up for us as a sacrificial offering whose fragrance is pleasing to God.
But you have received the Holy Spirit, and he lives within you, so you don’t need anyone to teach you what is true. For the Spirit teaches you everything you need to know, and what he teaches is true—it is not a lie. So just as he has taught you, remain in fellowship with Christ. But as for you, the anointing you received from him remains in you, and therefore you do not need anyone to teach you. This same anointing teaches you everything and is true and not false, so abide in him just as he taught you.
No, I will not abandon you as orphans—I will come to you.I will not leave you orphans; I will come to you.
Instead, be kind to each other, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, just as God through Christ has forgiven you.Rather, be kind to one another and compassionate, and forgive one another as God has forgiven you in Christ.
So now I am giving you a new commandment: Love each other. Just as I have loved you, you should love each other.I give you a new commandment: love one another. Just as I have loved you, so you should also love one another.
As for you, Titus, promote the kind of living that reflects wholesome teaching. As for you, teach what is consistent with sound doctrine.
For in him we live and move and exist. As some of your own poets have said, ‘We are his offspring.’For ‘In him we live and move and have our being.’ As even your own poets have said, ‘We are all his offspring.’
Can anyone object to their being baptized, now that they have received the Holy Spirit just as we did?Can anyone withhold the water of baptism from these people who have received the Holy Spirit just as we have?
The second is equally important: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’ No other commandment is greater than these. The second is this: ‘You shall love your neighbor as yourself.’ There is no other commandment greater than these.
Your unfailing love is better than life itself; how I praise you! I will praise you as long as I live, lifting up my hands to you in prayer.Your kindness is a greater joy than life itself; thus my lips will speak your praise. I will bless you all my life; with uplifted hands I will call on your name.
Let my teaching fall on you like rain; let my speech settle like dew. Let my words fall like rain on tender grass, like gentle showers on young plants.Let my teaching fall down like rain, and my words descend like the dew. Like rain upon the sprouts, and like showers upon the grass.
So again I say, each man must love his wife as he loves himself, and the wife must respect her husband. However, each one of you should love his wife as he loves himself, and the wife should respect her husband.
Do what is good and run from evil so that you may live! Then the Lord God of Heaven’s Armies will be your helper, just as you have claimed.Seek good and not evil, so that you may live. Then the Lord, the God of hosts, will be with you as you claim he is.

Work willingly at whatever you do, as though you were working for the Lord rather than for people. Remember that the Lord will give you an inheritance as your reward, and that the Master you are serving is Christ.Whatever you do, do it wholeheartedly, as if you were doing it for the Lord and not for others, since you know that you will receive from the Lord an inheritance as your reward for you are serving the Lord Christ.
