| Neither do people light a lamp and put it under a bowl. Instead they put it on its stand, and it gives light to everyone in the house. | A person may think their own ways are right, but the Lord weighs the heart. | Every way of a man is right in his own eyes: but the Lord pondereth the hearts. |
| “And with you, Lord, is unfailing love”; and, “You reward everyone according to what they have done.” | Also unto thee, O Lord, belongeth mercy: for thou renderest to every man according to his work. |
