- Who can find a virtuous woman?
for her price is far above rubies. - And ye shall seek me, and find me, when ye shall search for me with all your heart.
- He that findeth his life shall lose it: and he that loseth his life for my sake shall find it.
- Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you.
- I am the door: by me if any man enter in, he shall be saved, and shall go in and out, and find pasture.
- And I say unto you, Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you.
- For whosoever will save his life shall lose it: and whosoever will lose his life for my sake shall find it.
- Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need.
- But if from thence thou shalt seek the Lord thy God, thou shalt find him, if thou seek him with all thy heart and with all thy soul.
- Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.
- Touching the Almighty, we cannot find him out:
he is excellent in power, and in judgment,
and in plenty of justice: he will not afflict. - He that getteth wisdom loveth his own soul:
he that keepeth understanding shall find good. - Thus saith the Lord,
Stand ye in the ways, and see,
and ask for the old paths,
where is the good way, and walk therein,
and ye shall find rest for your souls.
But they said, We will not walk therein. - He that followeth after righteousness and mercy
findeth life, righteousness, and honour. - Let not mercy and truth forsake thee:
bind them about thy neck;
write them upon the table of thine heart:
So shalt thou find favour and good understanding
in the sight of God and man. - So shall the knowledge of wisdom be unto thy soul:
when thou hast found it, then there shall be a reward,
and thy expectation shall not be cut off. - He that handleth a matter wisely shall find good:
and whoso trusteth in the Lord, happy is he. - Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat: Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it.
- He hath made every thing beautiful in his time: also he hath set the world in their heart, so that no man can find out the work that God maketh from the beginning to the end.
- In the day of prosperity be joyful, but in the day of adversity consider: God also hath set the one over against the other, to the end that man should find nothing after him.
- Happy is the man that findeth wisdom,
and the man that getteth understanding. - He shall cover thee with his feathers,
and under his wings shalt thou trust:
his truth shall be thy shield and buckler. - Behold that which I have seen: it is good and comely for one to eat and to drink, and to enjoy the good of all his labour that he taketh under the sun all the days of his life, which God giveth him: for it is his portion.
- For where envying and strife is, there is confusion and every evil work.
- Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might.
For whoso findeth me findeth life,
and shall obtain favour of the Lord.Teach me to do thy will;
for thou art my God:
thy spirit is good;
lead me into the land of uprightness. Yea, though I walk
through the valley of the shadow of death,
I will fear no evil:
for thou art with me;
thy rod and thy staff they comfort me.Next verse!With image
