Jesus said to her, “Do not cling to me, for I have not yet ascended to the Father; but go to my brothers and say to them, ‘I am ascending to my Father and your Father, to my God and your God.’”Jesus said, “Do not hold on to me, for I have not yet ascended to the Father. Go instead to my brothers and tell them, ‘I am ascending to my Father and your Father, to my God and your God.’”
And Jesus said to him, “‘If you can’! All things are possible for one who believes.”“‘If you can’?” said Jesus. “Everything is possible for one who believes.”
But far be it from me to boast except in the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ, by which the world has been crucified to me, and I to the world.May I never boast except in the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ, through which the world has been crucified to me, and I to the world.
But I received mercy for this reason, that in me, as the foremost, Jesus Christ might display his perfect patience as an example to those who were to believe in him for eternal life.But for that very reason I was shown mercy so that in me, the worst of sinners, Christ Jesus might display his immense patience as an example for those who would believe in him and receive eternal life.
And Jesus said to him, “Go your way; your faith has made you well.” And immediately he recovered his sight and followed him on the way.“Go,” said Jesus, “your faith has healed you.” Immediately he received his sight and followed Jesus along the road.
And let us not grow weary of doing good, for in due season we will reap, if we do not give up.Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up.
Be angry and do not sin; do not let the sun go down on your anger, and give no opportunity to the devil.“In your anger do not sin”: Do not let the sun go down while you are still angry, and do not give the devil a foothold.
Not to us, O Lord, not to us, but to your name give glory, for the sake of your steadfast love and your faithfulness!Not to us, Lord, not to us but to your name be the glory, because of your love and faithfulness.
Indeed, all who desire to live a godly life in Christ Jesus will be persecuted.In fact, everyone who wants to live a godly life in Christ Jesus will be persecuted.
Jesus answered him, “If anyone loves me, he will keep my word, and my Father will love him, and we will come to him and make our home with him.”Jesus replied, “Anyone who loves me will obey my teaching. My Father will love them, and we will come to them and make our home with them.”
Jesus answered them, “Truly, truly, I say to you, everyone who practices sin is a slave to sin.”Jesus replied, “Very truly I tell you, everyone who sins is a slave to sin.”
Jesus answered them, “This is the work of God, that you believe in him whom he has sent.”Jesus answered, “The work of God is this: to believe in the one he has sent.”
Whoever confesses that Jesus is the Son of God, God abides in him, and he in God.If anyone acknowledges that Jesus is the Son of God, God lives in them and they in God.
But thanks be to God, who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.But thanks be to God! He gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.
Again Jesus spoke to them, saying, “I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will not walk in darkness, but will have the light of life.”When Jesus spoke again to the people, he said, “I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will never walk in darkness, but will have the light of life.”
Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ! According to his great mercy, he has caused us to be born again to a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead.Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ! In his great mercy he has given us new birth into a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead.
And they said, “Believe in the Lord Jesus, and you will be saved, you and your household.”They replied, “Believe in the Lord Jesus, and you will be saved—you and your household.”
For what will it profit a man if he gains the whole world and forfeits his soul? Or what shall a man give in return for his soul?What good will it be for someone to gain the whole world, yet forfeit their soul? Or what can anyone give in exchange for their soul?
I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith. Henceforth there is laid up for me the crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, will award to me on that day, and not only to me but also to all who have loved his appearing.I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith. But Jesus on hearing this answered him, “Do not fear; only believe, and she will be well.”Hearing this, Jesus said to Jairus, “Don’t be afraid; just believe, and she will be healed.”
Jesus said to her, “Did I not tell you that if you believed you would see the glory of God?”Then Jesus said, “Did I not tell you that if you believe, you will see the glory of God?”
Who is it that overcomes the world except the one who believes that Jesus is the Son of God?Who is it that overcomes the world? Only the one who believes that Jesus is the Son of God.
I will never forget your precepts, for by them you have given me life.I will never forget your precepts, for by them you have preserved my life.
And over his head they put the charge against him, which read, “This is Jesus, the King of the Jews.”Above his head they placed the written charge against him: this is jesus, the king of the jews.
For there is one God, and there is one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus.For there is one God and one mediator between God and mankind, the man Christ Jesus.

Because you are precious in my eyes, and honored, and I love you, I give men in return for you, peoples in exchange for your life.Since you are precious and honored in my sight, and because I love you, I will give people in exchange for you, nations in exchange for your life.
