Stand ye in the ways, and see,
and ask for the old paths,
where is the good way, and walk therein,
and ye shall find rest for your souls.
But they said, We will not walk therein. - When they heard this, they were baptized in the name of the Lord Jesus. And when Paul had laid his hands upon them, the Holy Ghost came on them; and they spake with tongues, and prophesied.

When a prophet speaketh in the name of the Lord, if the thing follow not, nor come to pass, that is the thing which the Lord hath not spoken, but the prophet hath spoken it presumptuously: thou shalt not be afraid of him.
- Humble yourselves in the sight of the Lord, and he shall lift you up.
- Bless the Lord, O my soul:
and all that is within me, bless his holy name. - Salvation belongeth unto the Lord:
thy blessing is upon thy people. Selah. - The Lord is merciful and gracious,
slow to anger, and plenteous in mercy. - The law of the Lord is perfect,
converting the soul:
the testimony of the Lord is sure,
making wise the simple. - The Lord is my portion, saith my soul;
therefore will I hope in him. - Seek ye the Lord while he may be found,
call ye upon him while he is near. - Blessed are the undefiled in the way,
who walk in the law of the Lord.
Wherefore gird up the loins of your mind, be sober, and hope to the end for the grace that is to be brought unto you at the revelation of Jesus Christ.
