Chinese (traditional)- Turn ye unto me, saith the Lord of hosts, and I will turn unto you, saith the Lord of hosts.
- I will not leave you comfortless: I will come to you.
- Now the Lord of peace himself give you peace always by all means. The Lord be with you all.
- A friend loveth at all times,
and a brother is born for adversity. - Out of the depths have I cried unto thee, O Lord.
Lord, hear my voice:
let thine ears be attentive
to the voice of my supplications. - I have set the Lord always before me:
because he is at my right hand, I shall not be moved. - But sanctify the Lord God in your hearts: and be ready always to give an answer to every man that asketh you a reason of the hope that is in you with meekness and fear.
- I will praise thee, O Lord, among the people:
and I will sing praises unto thee among the nations. - For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the Lord, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end.
- Heal me, O Lord, and I shall be healed;
save me, and I shall be saved:
for thou art my praise. - Let your moderation be known unto all men. The Lord is at hand.
- Therefore, my beloved brethren, be ye stedfast, unmoveable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, forasmuch as ye know that your labour is not in vain in the Lord.
- Arise, shine; for thy light is come,
and the glory of the Lord is risen upon thee. - Humble yourselves in the sight of the Lord, and he shall lift you up.
- The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all. Amen.
- The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all. Amen.
- But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you.
- Grace to you and peace from God our Father, and the Lord Jesus Christ.
- Turn you at my reproof:
behold, I will pour out my spirit unto you,
I will make known my words unto you. - Give us this day our daily bread.
- Ye shall not add unto the word which I command you, neither shall ye diminish ought from it, that ye may keep the commandments of the Lord your God which I command you.
- Nevertheless I tell you the truth; It is expedient for you that I go away: for if I go not away, the Comforter will not come unto you; but if I depart, I will send him unto you.
- Ye call me Master and Lord: and ye say well; for so I am.
- And I say unto you, Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you.
- Then came Peter to him, and said, Lord, how oft shall my brother sin against me, and I forgive him? till seven times? Jesus saith unto him, I say not unto thee, Until seven times: but, Until seventy times seven.
And ye shall be holy unto me: for I the Lord am holy, and have severed you from other people, that ye should be mine.But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you. Behold the fowls of the air: for they sow not, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns; yet your heavenly Father feedeth them. Are ye not much better than they?Next verse!With image
