Thy word have I hid in mine heart, that I might not sin against thee.I have hidden your word in my heart that I might not sin against you.
In this was manifested the love of God toward us, because that God sent his only begotten Son into the world, that we might live through him.This is how God showed his love among us: He sent his one and only Son into the world that we might live through him.

But the scripture hath concluded all under sin, that the promise by faith of Jesus Christ might be given to them that believe.But Scripture has locked up everything under the control of sin, so that what was promised, being given through faith in Jesus Christ, might be given to those who believe.
He giveth power to the faint; and to them that have no might he increaseth strength.He gives strength to the weary and increases the power of the weak.
For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him.
O that there were such an heart in them, that they would fear me, and keep all my commandments always, that it might be well with them, and with their children for ever!Oh, that their hearts would be inclined to fear me and keep all my commands always, so that it might go well with them and their children forever!
Both riches and honour come of thee, and thou reignest over all; and in thine hand is power and might; and in thine hand it is to make great, and to give strength unto all.Wealth and honor come from you; you are the ruler of all things. In your hands are strength and power to exalt and give strength to all.
And the Lord commanded us to do all these statutes, to fear the Lord our God, for our good always, that he might preserve us alive, as it is at this day.The Lord commanded us to obey all these decrees and to fear the Lord our God, so that we might always prosper and be kept alive, as is the case today.
For if we have been planted together in the likeness of his death, we shall be also in the likeness of his resurrection: Knowing this, that our old man is crucified with him, that the body of sin might be destroyed, that henceforth we should not serve sin.For if we have been united with him in a death like his, we will certainly also be united with him in a resurrection like his. For we know that our old self was crucified with him so that the body ruled by sin might be done away with, that we should no longer be slaves to sin.
These things have I spoken unto you, that my joy might remain in you, and that your joy might be full.I have told you this so that my joy may be in you and that your joy may be complete.
Howbeit for this cause I obtained mercy, that in me first Jesus Christ might shew forth all longsuffering, for a pattern to them which should hereafter believe on him to life everlasting.But for that very reason I was shown mercy so that in me, the worst of sinners, Christ Jesus might display his immense patience as an example for those who would believe in him and receive eternal life.
For whatsoever things were written aforetime were written for our learning, that we through patience and comfort of the scriptures might have hope.For everything that was written in the past was written to teach us, so that through the endurance taught in the Scriptures and the encouragement they provide we might have hope.
And he is the head of the body, the church: who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead; that in all things he might have the preeminence.And he is the head of the body, the church; he is the beginning and the firstborn from among the dead, so that in everything he might have the supremacy.
Who his own self bare our sins in his own body on the tree, that we, being dead to sins, should live unto righteousness: by whose stripes ye were healed.“He himself bore our sins” in his body on the cross, so that we might die to sins and live for righteousness; “by his wounds you have been healed.”

Who gave himself for us, that he might redeem us from all iniquity, and purify unto himself a peculiar people, zealous of good works.Who gave himself for us to redeem us from all wickedness and to purify for himself a people that are his very own, eager to do what is good.
The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full.
Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the church, and gave himself for it; That he might sanctify and cleanse it with the washing of water by the word.Husbands, love your wives, just as Christ loved the church and gave himself up for her to make her holy, cleansing her by the washing with water through the word.
I thank thee, and praise thee, O thou God of my fathers, who hast given me wisdom and might, and hast made known unto me now what we desired of thee: for thou hast now made known unto us the king's matter.I thank and praise you, God of my ancestors: You have given me wisdom and power, you have made known to me what we asked of you, you have made known to us the dream of the king.
And he humbled thee, and suffered thee to hunger, and fed thee with manna, which thou knewest not, neither did thy fathers know; that he might make thee know that man doth not live by bread only, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of the Lord doth man live.He humbled you, causing you to hunger and then feeding you with manna, which neither you nor your ancestors had known, to teach you that man does not live on bread alone but on every word that comes from the mouth of the Lord.
For scarcely for a righteous man will one die: yet peradventure for a good man some would even dare to die. But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.Very rarely will anyone die for a righteous person, though for a good person someone might possibly dare to die. But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us.

For ye have need of patience, that, after ye have done the will of God, ye might receive the promise.You need to persevere so that when you have done the will of God, you will receive what he has promised.
