Bible Verses about 'Poured out'
- Until a spirit from on high
is poured out upon us,
and the wilderness becomes an orchard
and the fruitful field becomes a forest. - And he did the same with the cup after supper, saying, “This cup is the new covenant in my blood, which will be poured out for you.”
- Exalted at God’s right hand, he received from the Father the promise of the Holy Spirit and has poured out what you now see and hear.

and they will never perish.
No one will ever snatch them from my hand.
My Father who has given them to me
is greater than all,
and no one can snatch them
out of the Father’s hand.
I and the Father are one. - Do not wear yourself out in the pursuit of wealth,
and cease even to think about it. - For we brought nothing into this world, and we can take nothing out. If we have food and clothing, let us be content with these.
- Beloved,
do not trust every spirit,
but test the spirits
to see whether they are from God.
For many false prophets
have gone out into the world. - In love there is no fear;
indeed, perfect love casts out fear,
because fear has to do with punishment,
and whoever fears
has not yet achieved perfection in love. - Preach the message; be persistent in doing so, whether in season or out of season; convince, reprove, and encourage, but with great patience and instruction.
- On the last and greatest day of the feast, Jesus stood up and cried out,
“If anyone is thirsty,
let him come to me and drink.” - He cried out, “Father, into your hands I commend my spirit.” And with these words he breathed his last.
- If your right eye causes you to sin, tear it out and throw it away. It is preferable for you to lose one part of your body than to have your whole body thrown into Gehenna.
- Then he led them out as far as Bethany, and lifting up his hands he blessed them. While he was blessing them, he departed from them and was taken up to heaven.
- You are the salt of the earth. But if salt loses its taste, what can be done to make it salty once again? It is no longer good for anything, and thus it is cast out and trampled underfoot.

he rescues them from all their troubles.
The Lord remains close to the brokenhearted,
and he saves those whose spirit is crushed. - Repent, therefore, and be converted so that your sins may be wiped away.
- But you are “a chosen race, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people claimed by God as his own possession,” so that you may proclaim the praise of him who called you out of darkness into his marvelous light.
- The Lord then said, “Very well. All that he has is in your power. However, you may not lay a hand upon him.” So Satan went forth from the presence of the Lord.
- Remember that you were once a slave in the land of Egypt. The Lord, your God, brought you out from there with a mighty hand and an outstretched arm. Therefore, the Lord, your God, has commanded you to observe the Sabbath day.

From his temple he heard my voice,

- A truthful witness does not lie,
but a false witness lies incessantly. - So if anyone says to you, ‘Behold, he is in the wilderness,’ do not go out there. If they say, ‘Behold, he is in the inner rooms,’ do not believe it. For just as lightning comes from the east and is visible even in the west, so will the coming of the Son of Man be.
- He sent forth his word and healed them,
saving them from the grave. - Speak out and pronounce righteous judgments;
defend the rights of the wretched and the poor. - Speak out for those who cannot speak for themselves,
and defend the rights of the destitute. - For I know that through your prayers and with the help of the Spirit of Jesus Christ this will result in deliverance for me.
- The misfortunes of the righteous man are many,
but the Lord delivers him, from all of them. - Let no foul word ever pass your lips. Say only what is useful for edification, so that your words may benefit your listeners.
- I urge you, brethren, to watch out for those who incite dissensions and obstacles in opposition to the teaching that you have learned. Take care to avoid them.
