But when Jesus heard that, he said unto them, They that be whole need not a physician, but they that are sick.When Jesus heard it, he said to them, “Those who are healthy have no need for a physician, but those who are sick do.”
Jesus said unto him, If thou canst believe, all things are possible to him that believeth.Jesus said to him, “If you can believe, all things are possible to him who believes.”
And the angel answered and said unto the women, Fear not ye: for I know that ye seek Jesus, which was crucified. He is not here: for he is risen, as he said. Come, see the place where the Lord lay.The angel answered the women, “Don’t be afraid, for I know that you seek Jesus, who has been crucified. He is not here, for he has risen, just like he said. Come, see the place where the Lord was lying.”
But Jesus beheld them, and said unto them, With men this is impossible; but with God all things are possible.Looking at them, Jesus said, “With men this is impossible, but with God all things are possible.”
Then said Jesus unto them, Yet a little while am I with you, and then I go unto him that sent me.Then Jesus said, “I will be with you a little while longer, then I go to him who sent me.”
And the Lord God said, It is not good that the man should be alone; I will make him an help meet for him.Yahweh God said, “It is not good for the man to be alone. I will make him a helper comparable to him.”
Philip saith unto him, Lord, show us the Father, and it sufficeth us.Philip said to him, “Lord, show us the Father, and that will be enough for us.”
When Jesus therefore had received the vinegar, he said, It is finished: and he bowed his head, and gave up the ghost.When Jesus therefore had received the vinegar, he said, “It is finished!” Then he bowed his head and gave up his spirit.
Also I heard the voice of the Lord, saying, Whom shall I send, and who will go for us? Then said I, Here am I; send me.I heard the Lord’s voice, saying, “Whom shall I send, and who will go for us?” Then I said, “Here I am. Send me!”
For in him we live, and move, and have our being; as certain also of your own poets have said, For we are also his offspring.‘For in him we live, move, and have our being.’ As some of your own poets have said, ‘For we are also his offspring.’
And the angel said unto them, Fear not: for, behold, I bring you good tidings of great joy, which shall be to all people.The angel said to them, “Don’t be afraid, for behold, I bring you good news of great joy which will be to all the people.”
He that believeth on me, as the scripture hath said, out of his belly shall flow rivers of living water.He who believes in me, as the Scripture has said, from within him will flow rivers of living water.
Then said Jesus, Father, forgive them; for they know not what they do. And they parted his raiment, and cast lots.Jesus said, “Father, forgive them, for they don’t know what they are doing.” Dividing his garments among them, they cast lots.
But he said, Yea rather, blessed are they that hear the word of God, and keep it.But he said, “On the contrary, blessed are those who hear the word of God, and keep it.”
And he said to them all, If any man will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross daily, and follow me.He said to all, “If anyone desires to come after me, let him deny himself, take up his cross, and follow me.”
Jesus saith unto her, Said I not unto thee, that, if thou wouldest believe, thou shouldest see the glory of God?Jesus said to her, “Didn’t I tell you that if you believed, you would see God’s glory?”
But Jesus said, Suffer little children, and forbid them not, to come unto me: for of such is the kingdom of heaven.But Jesus said, “Allow the little children, and don’t forbid them to come to me; for the Kingdom of Heaven belongs to ones like these.”
When I said, My foot slippeth; thy mercy, O Lord, held me up.When I said, “My foot is slipping!” Your loving kindness, Yahweh, held me up.
And Jesus said unto him, Go thy way; thy faith hath made thee whole. And immediately he received his sight, and followed Jesus in the way.Jesus said to him, “Go your way. Your faith has made you well.” Immediately he received his sight and followed Jesus on the way.
And he said, The things which are impossible with men are possible with God.But he said, “The things which are impossible with men are possible with God.”
And he saith unto them, Follow me, and I will make you fishers of men.He said to them, “Come after me, and I will make you fishers for men.”

And he said unto them, Take heed, and beware of covetousness: for a man's life consisteth not in the abundance of the things which he possesseth.He said to them, “Beware! Keep yourselves from covetousness, for a man’s life doesn’t consist of the abundance of the things which he possesses.”
