Our thoughts (2/4)

But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed. But he was pierced for our transgressions, he was crushed for our iniquities; the punishment that brought us peace was on him, and by his wounds we are healed.
If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness.
Surely he hath borne our griefs, and carried our sorrows: yet we did esteem him stricken, smitten of God, and afflicted.Surely he took up our pain and bore our suffering, yet we considered him punished by God, stricken by him, and afflicted.
God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble.
But our God is in the heavens: he hath done whatsoever he hath pleased. Our God is in heaven; he does whatever pleases him.
Blessed be the Lord, who daily loadeth us with benefits, even the God of our salvation. Selah.Praise be to the Lord, to God our Savior, who daily bears our burdens.
Our help is in the name of the Lord, who made heaven and earth. Our help is in the name of the Lord, the Maker of heaven and earth.
Now unto God and our Father be glory for ever and ever. Amen.To our God and Father be glory for ever and ever. Amen.
For who is God save the Lord? or who is a rock save our God?For who is God besides the Lord? And who is the Rock except our God?
For who is God, save the Lord? and who is a rock, save our God?For who is God besides the Lord? And who is the Rock except our God?
Let us search and try our ways, and turn again to the Lord.Let us examine our ways and test them, and let us return to the Lord.
Grace to you and peace from God our Father, and the Lord Jesus Christ.Grace and peace to you from God our Father and from the Lord Jesus Christ.
O come, let us worship and bow down: let us kneel before the Lord our maker.Come, let us bow down in worship, let us kneel before the Lord our Maker.
For they that are after the flesh do mind the things of the flesh; but they that are after the Spirit the things of the Spirit. Those who live according to the flesh have their minds set on what the flesh desires; but those who live in accordance with the Spirit have their minds set on what the Spirit desires.
The Spirit itself beareth witness with our spirit, that we are the children of God.The Spirit himself testifies with our spirit that we are God’s children.
The grass withereth, the flower fadeth: but the word of our God shall stand for ever. The grass withers and the flowers fall, but the word of our God endures forever.
And the Lord commanded us to do all these statutes, to fear the Lord our God, for our good always, that he might preserve us alive, as it is at this day.The Lord commanded us to obey all these decrees and to fear the Lord our God, so that we might always prosper and be kept alive, as is the case today.
For which cause we faint not; but though our outward man perish, yet the inward man is renewed day by day. Therefore we do not lose heart. Though outwardly we are wasting away, yet inwardly we are being renewed day by day.
Some trust in chariots, and some in horses: but we will remember the name of the Lord our God.Some trust in chariots and some in horses, but we trust in the name of the Lord our God.
And it shall be our righteousness, if we observe to do all these commandments before the Lord our God, as he hath commanded us.And if we are careful to obey all this law before the Lord our God, as he has commanded us, that will be our righteousness.
He will turn again, he will have compassion upon us; he will subdue our iniquities; and thou wilt cast all their sins into the depths of the sea.You will again have compassion on us; you will tread our sins underfoot and hurl all our iniquities into the depths of the sea.
And he is the propitiation for our sins: and not for ours only, but also for the sins of the whole world. He is the atoning sacrifice for our sins, and not only for ours but also for the sins of the whole world.
As far as the east is from the west, so far hath he removed our transgressions from us.As far as the east is from the west, so far has he removed our transgressions from us.
But thanks be to God, which giveth us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ. But thanks be to God! He gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.
For our conversation is in heaven; from whence also we look for the Saviour, the Lord Jesus Christ. But our citizenship is in heaven. And we eagerly await a Savior from there, the Lord Jesus Christ.

Hereby perceive we the love of God, because he laid down his life for us: and we ought to lay down our lives for the brethren. This is how we know what love is: Jesus Christ laid down his life for us. And we ought to lay down our lives for our brothers and sisters.
