- Oh, how abundant is your goodness,
which you have stored up for those who fear you
and worked for those who take refuge in you,
in the sight of the children of mankind! - In God, whose word I praise,
in God I trust; I shall not be afraid.

- Not that I am speaking of being in need, for I have learned in whatever situation I am to be content.
- Though an army encamp against me,
my heart shall not fear;
though war arise against me,
yet I will be confident. - But I have trusted in your steadfast love;
my heart shall rejoice in your salvation.
I will sing to the Lord,
because he has dealt bountifully with me. - He said to them, “Because of your little faith. For truly, I say to you, if you have faith like a grain of mustard seed, you will say to this mountain, ‘Move from here to there,’ and it will move, and nothing will be impossible for you.”
- Let your steadfast love, O Lord, be upon us,
even as we hope in you. - “For the mountains may depart
and the hills be removed,
but my steadfast love shall not depart from you,
and my covenant of peace shall not be removed,”
says the Lord, who has compassion on you. - It does not rejoice at wrongdoing, but rejoices with the truth. Love bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things.
- The steps of a man are established by the Lord,
when he delights in his way. - Truly, I say to you, whoever says to this mountain, ‘Be taken up and thrown into the sea,’ and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that what he says will come to pass, it will be done for him.
- He only is my rock and my salvation,
my fortress; I shall not be shaken. - I believe that I shall look upon the goodness of the Lord
in the land of the living! - Do not envy a man of violence
and do not choose any of his ways,
for the devious person is an abomination to the Lord,
but the upright are in his confidence. - And now, little children, abide in him, so that when he appears we may have confidence and not shrink from him in shame at his coming.
