- And in that day shall ye say,
Praise the Lord, call upon his name,
declare his doings among the people,
make mention that his name is exalted. - I will praise thee with uprightness of heart,
when I shall have learned thy righteous judgments. - Now unto the King eternal, immortal, invisible, the only wise God, be honour and glory for ever and ever. Amen.
- And it shall come to pass, that whosoever shall call on the name of the Lord shall be saved.
- But grow in grace, and in the knowledge of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. To him be glory both now and for ever. Amen.
- I will be glad and rejoice in thee:
I will sing praise to thy name, O thou most High. - And they, continuing daily with one accord in the temple, and breaking bread from house to house, did eat their meat with gladness and singleness of heart, Praising God, and having favour with all the people. And the Lord added to the church daily such as should be saved.
- Now unto God and our Father be glory for ever and ever. Amen.
- And the multitudes that went before, and that followed, cried, saying, Hosanna to the son of David: Blessed is he that cometh in the name of the Lord; Hosanna in the highest.
- For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.
- Wherefore receive ye one another, as Christ also received us to the glory of God.
- Neither do men light a candle, and put it under a bushel, but on a candlestick; and it giveth light unto all that are in the house. Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven.
- And the Lord shall deliver me from every evil work, and will preserve me unto his heavenly kingdom: to whom be glory for ever and ever. Amen.
- The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom:
a good understanding have all they that do his commandments:
his praise endureth for ever. - I will sing unto the Lord as long as I live:
I will sing praise to my God while I have my being. - I thank thee, and praise thee, O thou God of my fathers,
who hast given me wisdom and might,
and hast made known unto me now what we desired of thee:
for thou hast now made known unto us the king's matter. - Then Job arose, and rent his mantle, and shaved his head, and fell down upon the ground, and worshipped, And said, Naked came I out of my mother's womb, and naked shall I return thither: the Lord gave, and the Lord hath taken away; blessed be the name of the Lord.
- Sing unto the Lord; for he hath done excellent things:
this is known in all the earth. - Glory to God in the highest,
and on earth peace, good will toward men. - And the shepherds returned, glorifying and praising God for all the things that they had heard and seen, as it was told unto them.
- Be thou exalted, O God, above the heavens;
let thy glory be above all the earth. - Help us, O God of our salvation,
for the glory of thy name:
and deliver us, and purge away our sins,
for thy name's sake. - As they ministered to the Lord, and fasted, the Holy Ghost said, Separate me Barnabas and Saul for the work whereunto I have called them.
- Now when Jesus was born in Bethlehem of Judaea in the days of Herod the king, behold, there came wise men from the east to Jerusalem, Saying, Where is he that is born King of the Jews? for we have seen his star in the east, and are come to worship him.
- In like manner also, that women adorn themselves in modest apparel, with shamefacedness and sobriety; not with broided hair, or gold, or pearls, or costly array; But (which becometh women professing godliness) with good works.
For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God; Being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus. And let the peace of God rule in your hearts, to the which also ye are called in one body; and be ye thankful.Next verse!With image
