Chinese (traditional)O Lord, all my longing is before you;
my sighing is not hidden from you. For to set the mind on the flesh is death, but to set the mind on the Spirit is life and peace. Be strong and courageous. Do not fear or be in dread of them, for it is the Lord your God who goes with you. He will not leave you or forsake you. Make me to know your ways, O Lord;
teach me your paths. And we know that for those who love God all things work together for good, for those who are called according to his purpose. Therefore welcome one another as Christ has welcomed you, for the glory of God. A man without self-control
is like a city broken into and left without walls. Because, if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. Anyone who does not love does not know God, because God is love. Not to us, O Lord, not to us, but to your name give glory,
for the sake of your steadfast love and your faithfulness! And every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father. Casting all your anxieties on him, because he cares for you. In all toil there is profit,
but mere talk tends only to poverty. In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. Let not the one who eats despise the one who abstains, and let not the one who abstains pass judgment on the one who eats, for God has welcomed him. Blessed is the man
who walks not in the counsel of the wicked,
nor stands in the way of sinners,
nor sits in the seat of scoffers. Ah, Lord God! It is you who have made the heavens and the earth by your great power and by your outstretched arm! Nothing is too hard for you. And calling the crowd to him with his disciples, he said to them, “If anyone would come after me, let him deny himself and take up his cross and follow me.” As in water face reflects face,
so the heart of man reflects the man. And you shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength. And he said, “What comes out of a person is what defiles him. For from within, out of the heart of man, come evil thoughts, sexual immorality, theft, murder, adultery, coveting, wickedness, deceit, sensuality, envy, slander, pride, foolishness. All these evil things come from within, and they defile a person.” Arise, O Lord; O God, lift up your hand;
forget not the afflicted. But sexual immorality and all impurity or covetousness must not even be named among you, as is proper among saints. Eager to maintain the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace. O Lord, in the morning you hear my voice;
in the morning I prepare a sacrifice for you and watch. Beloved, if our heart does not condemn us, we have confidence before God; and whatever we ask we receive from him, because we keep his commandments and do what pleases him. Bring the full tithe into the storehouse, that there may be food in my house. And thereby put me to the test, says the Lord of hosts, if I will not open the windows of heaven for you and pour down for you a blessing until there is no more need. It is better to take refuge in the Lord
than to trust in man. Bear one another's burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ. Brothers, if anyone is caught in any transgression, you who are spiritual should restore him in a spirit of gentleness. Keep watch on yourself, lest you too be tempted. Deceit is in the heart of those who devise evil,
but those who plan peace have joy. Even though I walk
through the valley of the shadow of death,
I will fear no evil,
for you are with me;
your rod and your staff,
they comfort me.Next verse!With image
