- If your brother or sister sins against you, rebuke them; and if they repent, forgive them. Even if they sin against you seven times in a day and seven times come back to you saying ‘I repent,’ you must forgive them.
- Blessed is the one
whose transgressions are forgiven,
whose sins are covered. - But if you do not forgive others their sins, your Father will not forgive your sins.
- On hearing this, Jesus said, “It is not the healthy who need a doctor, but the sick.”
- For I will forgive their wickedness
and will remember their sins no more. - “Come now, let us settle the matter,”
says the Lord.
“Though your sins are like scarlet,
they shall be as white as snow;
though they are red as crimson,
they shall be like wool.” - For he has rescued us from the dominion of darkness and brought us into the kingdom of the Son he loves, in whom we have redemption, the forgiveness of sins.
- Anyone who speaks a word against the Son of Man will be forgiven, but anyone who speaks against the Holy Spirit will not be forgiven, either in this age or in the age to come.
- And so I tell you, every kind of sin and slander can be forgiven, but blasphemy against the Spirit will not be forgiven.
- You will again have compassion on us;
you will tread our sins underfoot
and hurl all our iniquities into the depths of the sea. - Take words with you
and return to the Lord.
Say to him:
“Forgive all our sins
and receive us graciously,
that we may offer the fruit of our lips.” - Jesus said, “Father, forgive them, for they do not know what they are doing.” And they divided up his clothes by casting lots.
Follow God’s example, therefore, as dearly loved children. If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness.Next verse!With image
