Chinese (traditional)- Owe no one anything, except to love each other, for the one who loves another has fulfilled the law.
- See what kind of love the Father has given to us, that we should be called children of God; and so we are. The reason why the world does not know us is that it did not know him.
- And may the Lord make you increase and abound in love for one another and for all, as we do for you.
- Anyone who does not love does not know God, because God is love.
- Whoever pursues righteousness and kindness
will find life, righteousness, and honor. - Hatred stirs up strife,
but love covers all offenses. - The steadfast love of the Lord never ceases;
his mercies never come to an end;
they are new every morning;
great is your faithfulness. - For I am sure that neither death nor life, nor angels nor rulers, nor things present nor things to come, nor powers, nor height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God in Christ Jesus our Lord.
- And you shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength.
- May mercy, peace, and love be multiplied to you.
- The second is this: ‘You shall love your neighbor as yourself.’ There is no other commandment greater than these.
- It does not rejoice at wrongdoing, but rejoices with the truth. Love bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things.
- Let no one seek his own good, but the good of his neighbor.
- I love the Lord, because he has heard
my voice and my pleas for mercy.
Because he inclined his ear to me,
therefore I will call on him as long as I live. - Rather, speaking the truth in love, we are to grow up in every way into him who is the head, into Christ.
- If I speak in the tongues of men and of angels, but have not love, I am a noisy gong or a clanging cymbal.
- But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control; against such things there is no law.
- For God gave us a spirit not of fear but of power and love and self-control.
- For “Whoever desires to love life
and see good days,
let him keep his tongue from evil
and his lips from speaking deceit;
let him turn away from evil and do good;
let him seek peace and pursue it.” - Love does no wrong to a neighbor; therefore love is the fulfilling of the law.
- Let no one despise you for your youth, but set the believers an example in speech, in conduct, in love, in faith, in purity.
- But I say to you, Love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you.
- Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or danger, or sword?
- In this is love, not that we have loved God but that he loved us and sent his Son to be the propitiation for our sins.
- The Lord is merciful and gracious,
slow to anger and abounding in steadfast love.
For his anger is but for a moment,
and his favor is for a lifetime.
Weeping may tarry for the night,
but joy comes with the morning.Who is this King of glory?
The Lord of hosts,
he is the King of glory! Selah I lift up my eyes to the hills.
From where does my help come?
My help comes from the Lord,
who made heaven and earth.Next verse!With image
