both now and forevermore. - It is God’s will that you should be sanctified: that you should avoid sexual immorality; that each of you should learn to control your own body in a way that is holy and honorable, not in passionate lust like the pagans, who do not know God.
- The way of the Lord is a refuge for the blameless,
but it is the ruin of those who do evil. - You intended to harm me, but God intended it for good to accomplish what is now being done, the saving of many lives.
- And the Lord God said, “The man has now become like one of us, knowing good and evil. He must not be allowed to reach out his hand and take also from the tree of life and eat, and live forever.” So the Lord God banished him from the Garden of Eden to work the ground from which he had been taken.
