    For it is not wise to ask such questions.

    do not let me stray from your commands.
  • Do not be misled: “Bad company corrupts good character.”
  • So do not fear, for I am with you;
    do not be dismayed, for I am your God.
    I will strengthen you and help you;
    I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.

    and do not forsake your mother’s teaching.
  • But if we hope for what we do not yet have, we wait for it patiently.
  • Do not be deceived: God cannot be mocked. A man reaps what he sows.

  • So if anyone tells you, ‘There he is, out in the wilderness,’ do not go out; or, ‘Here he is, in the inner rooms,’ do not believe it. For as lightning that comes from the east is visible even in the west, so will be the coming of the Son of Man.
  • But even if you should suffer for what is right, you are blessed. “Do not fear their threats; do not be frightened.”
  • It is for freedom that Christ has set us free. Stand firm, then, and do not let yourselves be burdened again by a yoke of slavery.
  • For if the willingness is there, the gift is acceptable according to what one has, not according to what one does not have.
  • Do not think that I have come to abolish the Law or the Prophets; I have not come to abolish them but to fulfill them.
