- Humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God, that he may exalt you in due time.

I the Lord, the first,

in God I have put my trust;
I will not fear what flesh can do unto me. - Therefore I will look unto the Lord;
I will wait for the God of my salvation:
my God will hear me. - Preserve me, O God:
for in thee do I put my trust. - The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit:
a broken and a contrite heart,
O God, thou wilt not despise. - No man hath seen God at any time. If we love one another, God dwelleth in us, and his love is perfected in us.
- And Jesus looking upon them saith, With men it is impossible, but not with God: for with God all things are possible.
- So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.
- Blessed are the pure in heart:
for they shall see God. - But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvellous light.

- So then they that are in the flesh cannot please God.
- Know therefore that the Lord thy God, he is God, the faithful God, which keepeth covenant and mercy with them that love him and keep his commandments to a thousand generations.

- Know ye not that ye are the temple of God, and that the Spirit of God dwelleth in you?
- But God hath revealed them unto us by his Spirit: for the Spirit searcheth all things, yea, the deep things of God.
- But our God is in the heavens:
he hath done whatsoever he hath pleased. - Be ye therefore followers of God, as dear children.
- But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night; in the which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up.
- Truly my soul waiteth upon God:
from him cometh my salvation.
For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God. For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.Next verse!With image
