‘One does not live by bread alone,
but by every word that comes from the mouth of God.’ ” - He said to them, “But who do you say that I am?” Simon Peter answered, “You are the Messiah, the Son of the living God.”
- I have said this to you, so that in me you may have peace. In the world you face persecution. But take courage; I have conquered the world!
- By faith he received power of procreation, even though he was too old—and Sarah herself was barren—because he considered him faithful who had promised.
