Bible Verses about 'Say the'
- Rejoice in the Lord always. I will say it again: Rejoice!
- So I say, walk by the Spirit, and you will not gratify the desires of the flesh.
- Woe to those who quarrel with their Maker,
those who are nothing but potsherds
among the potsherds on the ground.
Does the clay say to the potter,
‘What are you making?’
Does your work say,
‘The potter has no hands’? - Whenever you are arrested and brought to trial, do not worry beforehand about what to say. Just say whatever is given you at the time, for it is not you speaking, but the Holy Spirit.

“The Lord is my helper; I will not be afraid.
What can mere mortals do to me?” - I say to the Lord, “You are my Lord;
apart from you I have no good thing.” - “But what about you?” he asked. “Who do you say I am?” Simon Peter answered, “You are the Messiah, the Son of the living God.”
- Do not say, “Why were the old days better than these?”
For it is not wise to ask such questions. - What, then, shall we say in response to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us?

- I say to myself, “The Lord is my portion;
therefore I will wait for him.” - What shall we say, then? Is the law sinful? Certainly not! Nevertheless, I would not have known what sin was had it not been for the law. For I would not have known what coveting really was if the law had not said, “You shall not covet.”
- All you need to say is simply ‘Yes’ or ‘No’; anything beyond this comes from the evil one.
- Remember your Creator
in the days of your youth,
before the days of trouble come
and the years approach when you will say,
“I find no pleasure in them”. - In that day you will say:
“Give praise to the Lord, proclaim his name;
make known among the nations what he has done,
and proclaim that his name is exalted.” - Listen, my son, accept what I say,
and the years of your life will be many. - So I say to you: Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you.
- Take words with you
and return to the Lord.
Say to him:
“Forgive all our sins
and receive us graciously,
that we may offer the fruit of our lips.” - Whoever dwells in the shelter of the Most High
will rest in the shadow of the Almighty.
I will say of the Lord, “He is my refuge and my fortress,
my God, in whom I trust.” - Seek good, not evil,
that you may live.
Then the Lord God Almighty will be with you,
just as you say he is. - When tempted, no one should say, “God is tempting me.” For God cannot be tempted by evil, nor does he tempt anyone.

- What shall we say, then? Shall we go on sinning so that grace may increase? By no means! We are those who have died to sin; how can we live in it any longer?
- Blessed are you when people insult you, persecute you and falsely say all kinds of evil against you because of me.
- “I have the right to do anything,” you say—but not everything is beneficial. “I have the right to do anything”—but not everything is constructive.

- But I, with shouts of grateful praise,
will sacrifice to you.
What I have vowed I will make good.

and says to you, Do not fear;
I will help you. - So if anyone tells you, ‘There he is, out in the wilderness,’ do not go out; or, ‘Here he is, in the inner rooms,’ do not believe it. For as lightning that comes from the east is visible even in the west, so will be the coming of the Son of Man.

In fact, everyone who wants to live a godly life in Christ Jesus will be persecuted. Though you have not seen him, you love him; and even though you do not see him now, you believe in him and are filled with an inexpressible and glorious joy, for you are receiving the end result of your faith, the salvation of your souls.Next verse!With image
