Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new. Then said Jesus to those Jews which believed on him, If ye continue in my word, then are ye my disciples indeed; And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free. Commit thy works unto the Lord,
and thy thoughts shall be established. If we say that we have fellowship with him, and walk in darkness, we lie, and do not the truth. For even the Son of man came not to be ministered unto, but to minister, and to give his life a ransom for many. I will praise thee, O Lord, among the people:
and I will sing praises unto thee among the nations. For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Saviour, which is Christ the Lord. And she shall bring forth a son, and thou shalt call his name Jesus: for he shall save his people from their sins. He that believeth on the Son hath everlasting life: and he that believeth not the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of God abideth on him. Thy word have I hid in mine heart,
that I might not sin against thee. Repent ye therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, when the times of refreshing shall come from the presence of the Lord. Who is a wise man and endued with knowledge among you? let him shew out of a good conversation his works with meekness of wisdom. The Lord will give strength unto his people;
the Lord will bless his people with peace. Even so faith, if it hath not works, is dead, being alone. For verily I say unto you, That whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith. My flesh and my heart faileth:
but God is the strength of my heart,
and my portion for ever. I am sought of them that asked not for me;
I am found of them that sought me not:
I said, Behold me, behold me,
unto a nation that was not called by my name. Give, and it shall be given unto you; good measure, pressed down, and shaken together, and running over, shall men give into your bosom. For with the same measure that ye mete withal it shall be measured to you again. To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven. As the living Father hath sent me, and I live by the Father: so he that eateth me, even he shall live by me. I am the living bread which came down from heaven: if any man eat of this bread, he shall live for ever: and the bread that I will give is my flesh, which I will give for the life of the world. In my distress I called upon the Lord,
and cried unto my God:
he heard my voice out of his temple,
and my cry came before him, even into his ears. For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God. And ye shall seek me, and find me, when ye shall search for me with all your heart. I will lift up mine eyes unto the hills,
from whence cometh my help.
My help cometh from the Lord,
which made heaven and earth. Who gave himself for us, that he might redeem us from all iniquity, and purify unto himself a peculiar people, zealous of good works. And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth. He that loveth silver shall not be satisfied with silver; nor he that loveth abundance with increase: this is also vanity. Let no man deceive himself. If any man among you seemeth to be wise in this world, let him become a fool, that he may be wise. Be ye therefore followers of God, as dear children. Cause me to hear thy lovingkindness in the morning;
for in thee do I trust:
cause me to know the way wherein I should walk;
for I lift up my soul unto thee. And Jesus went about all Galilee, teaching in their synagogues, and preaching the gospel of the kingdom, and healing all manner of sickness and all manner of disease among the people. With all lowliness and meekness, with longsuffering, forbearing one another in love.Next verse!With image
