Finally, brethren, farewell. Be perfect, be of good comfort, be of one mind, live in peace; and the God of love and peace shall be with you. Continue in prayer, and watch in the same with thanksgiving. Let every thing that hath breath praise the Lord.
Praise ye the Lord. He that loveth not knoweth not God; for God is love. If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him. Better is little with the fear of the Lord
than great treasure and trouble therewith. And every creature which is in heaven, and on the earth, and under the earth, and such as are in the sea, and all that are in them, heard I saying, Blessing, and honour, and glory, and power, be unto him that sitteth upon the throne, and unto the Lamb for ever and ever. Let all your things be done with charity. And whatsoever ye do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God and the Father by him. The earth is the Lord's, and the fulness thereof;
the world, and they that dwell therein. In this was manifested the love of God toward us, because that God sent his only begotten Son into the world, that we might live through him. These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world. Heal me, O Lord, and I shall be healed;
save me, and I shall be saved:
for thou art my praise. And he that searcheth the hearts knoweth what is the mind of the Spirit, because he maketh intercession for the saints according to the will of God. Finally, be ye all of one mind, having compassion one of another, love as brethren, be pitiful, be courteous. O God, thou art my God;
early will I seek thee:
my soul thirsteth for thee,
my flesh longeth for thee
in a dry and thirsty land,
where no water is. Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfil. To wit, that God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto himself, not imputing their trespasses unto them; and hath committed unto us the word of reconciliation. Surely he hath borne our griefs,
and carried our sorrows:
yet we did esteem him stricken,
smitten of God, and afflicted. For therein is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith: as it is written, The just shall live by faith. Repent ye: for the kingdom of heaven is at hand. I acknowledge my sin unto thee,
and mine iniquity have I not hid.
I said, I will confess my transgressions unto the Lord;
and thou forgavest the iniquity of my sin. Selah. But if we hope for that we see not, then do we with patience wait for it. And the Lord direct your hearts into the love of God, and into the patient waiting for Christ. He will turn again, he will have compassion upon us;
he will subdue our iniquities;
and thou wilt cast all their sins into the depths of the sea. Take heed, brethren, lest there be in any of you an evil heart of unbelief, in departing from the living God. The Lord shall fight for you, and ye shall hold your peace. A good man sheweth favour, and lendeth:
he will guide his affairs with discretion. This I say then, Walk in the Spirit, and ye shall not fulfil the lust of the flesh. Thou shalt also consider in thine heart, that, as a man chasteneth his son, so the Lord thy God chasteneth thee. Who is this King of glory?
The Lord of hosts,
he is the King of glory. Selah. And it shall come to pass, if thou shalt hearken diligently unto the voice of the Lord thy God, to observe and to do all his commandments which I command thee this day, that the Lord thy God will set thee on high above all nations of the earth.Next verse!With image
