- For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war after the flesh.
- If we say that we have fellowship with him, and walk in darkness, we lie, and do not the truth.
- I do not frustrate the grace of God: for if righteousness come by the law, then Christ is dead in vain.

much less do lying lips a prince. - He will not suffer thy foot to be moved:
he that keepeth thee will not slumber. - Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap.
- But when ye pray, use not vain repetitions, as the heathen do: for they think that they shall be heard for their much speaking.
- Whether therefore ye eat, or drink, or whatsoever ye do, do all to the glory of God.
- For do I now persuade men, or God? or do I seek to please men? for if I yet pleased men, I should not be the servant of Christ.
- As thou knowest not what is the way of the spirit, nor how the bones do grow in the womb of her that is with child: even so thou knowest not the works of God who maketh all.
- Let not him that eateth despise him that eateth not; and let not him which eateth not judge him that eateth: for God hath received him.
- Think not that I am come to send peace on earth: I came not to send peace, but a sword.
- And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.
- And he that taketh not his cross, and followeth after me, is not worthy of me.
- Say not thou, What is the cause that the former days were better than these? for thou dost not enquire wisely concerning this.
- Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him.
- For we walk by faith, not by sight.

- Because sentence against an evil work is not executed speedily, therefore the heart of the sons of men is fully set in them to do evil.

- For this, Thou shalt not commit adultery, Thou shalt not kill, Thou shalt not steal, Thou shalt not bear false witness, Thou shalt not covet; and if there be any other commandment, it is briefly comprehended in this saying, namely, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.
- And whatsoever ye do, do it heartily, as to the Lord, and not unto men; Knowing that of the Lord ye shall receive the reward of the inheritance: for ye serve the Lord Christ.
- For there is nothing covered, that shall not be revealed; neither hid, that shall not be known.
- Arise, O Lord; O God, lift up thine hand:
forget not the humble. - Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfil.
Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth. Take therefore no thought for the morrow: for the morrow shall take thought for the things of itself. Sufficient unto the day is the evil thereof.Next verse!With image
