Chinese (traditional)For if ye forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you. I do set my bow in the cloud, and it shall be for a token of a covenant between me and the earth. And I will establish my covenant with you, neither shall all flesh be cut off any more by the waters of a flood; neither shall there any more be a flood to destroy the earth. Let your conversation be without covetousness; and be content with such things as ye have: for he hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee. It is a snare to the man who devoureth that which is holy,
and after vows to make enquiry. What shall we say then? Shall we continue in sin, that grace may abound? God forbid. How shall we, that are dead to sin, live any longer therein? One thing have I desired of the Lord,
that will I seek after;
that I may dwell in the house of the Lord
all the days of my life,
to behold the beauty of the Lord,
and to enquire in his temple. But the scripture hath concluded all under sin, that the promise by faith of Jesus Christ might be given to them that believe. Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus. Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap. Treasures of wickedness profit nothing:
but righteousness delivereth from death. He which testifieth these things saith, Surely I come quickly. Amen. Even so, come, Lord Jesus. Praise ye the Lord. Blessed is the man that feareth the Lord,
that delighteth greatly in his commandments. And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father. Wealth gotten by vanity shall be diminished:
but he that gathereth by labour shall increase. Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. A good man sheweth favour, and lendeth:
he will guide his affairs with discretion. Who his own self bare our sins in his own body on the tree, that we, being dead to sins, should live unto righteousness: by whose stripes ye were healed. The Lord is my light and my salvation;
whom shall I fear?
the Lord is the strength of my life;
of whom shall I be afraid? Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things. A talebearer revealeth secrets:
but he that is of a faithful spirit concealeth the matter. The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all. Amen. And it came to pass, because the midwives feared God, that he made them houses. But and if ye suffer for righteousness' sake, happy are ye: and be not afraid of their terror, neither be troubled. Surely he shall not be moved for ever:
the righteous shall be in everlasting remembrance. Let your moderation be known unto all men. The Lord is at hand. Brethren, if a man be overtaken in a fault, ye which are spiritual, restore such an one in the spirit of meekness; considering thyself, lest thou also be tempted. The liberal soul shall be made fat:
and he that watereth shall be watered also himself. So Christ was once offered to bear the sins of many; and unto them that look for him shall he appear the second time without sin unto salvation. Then he took the five loaves and the two fishes, and looking up to heaven, he blessed them, and brake, and gave to the disciples to set before the multitude. And they did eat, and were all filled: and there was taken up of fragments that remained to them twelve baskets. Ye shall walk in all the ways which the Lord your God hath commanded you, that ye may live, and that it may be well with you, and that ye may prolong your days in the land which ye shall possess. For, brethren, ye have been called unto liberty; only use not liberty for an occasion to the flesh, but by love serve one another. And the Lord, he it is that doth go before thee; he will be with thee, he will not fail thee, neither forsake thee: fear not, neither be dismayed.Next verse!With image
