Chinese (traditional)And it shall come to pass, that whosoever shall call on the name of the Lord shall be saved. But this thing commanded I them, saying, Obey my voice, and I will be your God, and ye shall be my people: and walk ye in all the ways that I have commanded you, that it may be well unto you. Keep thy heart with all diligence;
for out of it are the issues of life. I came not to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance. So we fasted and besought our God for this: and he was intreated of us. But our God is in the heavens:
he hath done whatsoever he hath pleased. God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth. While we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen: for the things which are seen are temporal; but the things which are not seen are eternal. Let not mercy and truth forsake thee:
bind them about thy neck;
write them upon the table of thine heart:
So shalt thou find favour and good understanding
in the sight of God and man. Rejoiceth not in iniquity, but rejoiceth in the truth; Beareth all things, believeth all things, hopeth all things, endureth all things. And though I have the gift of prophecy, and understand all mysteries, and all knowledge; and though I have all faith, so that I could remove mountains, and have not charity, I am nothing. For his anger endureth but a moment;
in his favour is life:
weeping may endure for a night,
but joy cometh in the morning. Owe no man any thing, but to love one another: for he that loveth another hath fulfilled the law. Blessed is the man that endureth temptation: for when he is tried, he shall receive the crown of life, which the Lord hath promised to them that love him. I have blotted out, as a thick cloud,
thy transgressions, and, as a cloud, thy sins:
return unto me;
for I have redeemed thee. For we are made partakers of Christ, if we hold the beginning of our confidence stedfast unto the end. Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the church, and gave himself for it; That he might sanctify and cleanse it with the washing of water by the word. For thou, Lord, art good, and ready to forgive;
and plenteous in mercy unto all them that call upon thee. He that spared not his own Son, but delivered him up for us all, how shall he not with him also freely give us all things? To him give all the prophets witness, that through his name whosoever believeth in him shall receive remission of sins. Deceit is in the heart of them that imagine evil:
but to the counsellors of peace is joy. Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap. And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature. As far as the east is from the west,
so far hath he removed our transgressions from us. I am the door: by me if any man enter in, he shall be saved, and shall go in and out, and find pasture. For I determined not to know any thing among you, save Jesus Christ, and him crucified. Wash you, make you clean;
put away the evil of your doings
from before mine eyes;
cease to do evil. Wherefore lay apart all filthiness and superfluity of naughtiness, and receive with meekness the engrafted word, which is able to save your souls. Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus. I sought the Lord, and he heard me,
and delivered me from all my fears. As many as I love, I rebuke and chasten: be zealous therefore, and repent. He that is slow to anger is better than the mighty;
and he that ruleth his spirit than he that taketh a city. And ye shall serve the Lord your God, and he shall bless thy bread, and thy water; and I will take sickness away from the midst of thee.Next verse!With image
