- But sexual immorality and impurity of any kind or greed must not even be mentioned among you, as is proper among saints.
- Shun sexual immorality! Every sin that a person commits is outside the body, but the sexually immoral person sins against the body itself.
- Put to death, therefore, whatever in you is earthly: sexual immorality, impurity, passion, evil desire, and greed (which is idolatry).

For it is from within, from the human heart, that evil intentions come: sexual immorality, theft, murder, adultery, avarice, wickedness, deceit, debauchery, envy, slander, pride, folly. All these evil things come from within, and they defile a person.”
