- And ye shall be holy unto me: for I the Lord am holy, and have severed you from other people, that ye should be mine.
- Bring ye all the tithes into the storehouse, that there may be meat in mine house, and prove me now herewith, saith the Lord of hosts, if I will not open you the windows of heaven, and pour you out a blessing, that there shall not be room enough to receive it.

- O Lord, thou art my God;

- Dearly beloved, avenge not yourselves, but rather give place unto wrath: for it is written, Vengeance is mine; I will repay, saith the Lord.

even I will carry, and will deliver you. - For I long to see you, that I may impart unto you some spiritual gift, to the end ye may be established; That is, that I may be comforted together with you by the mutual faith both of you and me.
- Wait on the Lord: be of good courage,
and he shall strengthen thine heart:
wait, I say, on the Lord. - Now the Lord is that Spirit: and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty.
- In my distress I called upon the Lord,
and cried unto my God:
he heard my voice out of his temple,
and my cry came before him, even into his ears. - And I will sanctify my great name, which was profaned among the heathen, which ye have profaned in the midst of them; and the heathen shall know that I am the Lord, saith the Lord God, when I shall be sanctified in you before their eyes.
- And the Lord, he it is that doth go before thee; he will be with thee, he will not fail thee, neither forsake thee: fear not, neither be dismayed.
- A new heart also will I give you, and a new spirit will I put within you: and I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you an heart of flesh.
- According as his divine power hath given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness, through the knowledge of him that hath called us to glory and virtue.
- For the Lord is our judge,
the Lord is our lawgiver,
the Lord is our king;
he will save us. - And how I kept back nothing that was profitable unto you, but have shewed you, and have taught you publicly, and from house to house.
- For I have satiated the weary soul, and I have replenished every sorrowful soul.
- Then said Jesus to them again, Peace be unto you: as my Father hath sent me, even so send I you.
- That I may come unto you with joy by the will of God, and may with you be refreshed.
