- For when we were yet without strength, in due time Christ died for the ungodly.

- Walk in wisdom toward them that are without, redeeming the time. Let your speech be always with grace, seasoned with salt, that ye may know how ye ought to answer every man.

and a brother is born for adversity. - For the prophecy came not in old time by the will of man: but holy men of God spake as they were moved by the Holy Ghost.

- And Jesus answered and said, Verily I say unto you, There is no man that hath left house, or brethren, or sisters, or father, or mother, or wife, or children, or lands, for my sake, and the gospel's, But he shall receive an hundredfold now in this time, houses, and brethren, and sisters, and mothers, and children, and lands, with persecutions; and in the world to come eternal life.

and a word spoken in due season, how good is it!He only is my rock and my salvation:
he is my defence; I shall not be moved. Yea, though I walk
through the valley of the shadow of death,
I will fear no evil:
for thou art with me;
