Bengali- Owe no man any thing, but to love one another: for he that loveth another hath fulfilled the law.
- Behold, what manner of love the Father hath bestowed upon us, that we should be called the sons of God: therefore the world knoweth us not, because it knew him not.
- And the Lord make you to increase and abound in love one toward another, and toward all men, even as we do toward you.
- He that loveth not knoweth not God; for God is love.
- He that followeth after righteousness and mercy
findeth life, righteousness, and honour. - Hatred stirreth up strifes:
but love covereth all sins. - It is of the Lord's mercies that we are not consumed,
because his compassions fail not.
They are new every morning:
great is thy faithfulness. - For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.
- And thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind, and with all thy strength: this is the first commandment.
- Mercy unto you, and peace, and love, be multiplied.
- And the second is like, namely this, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. There is none other commandment greater than these.
- Rejoiceth not in iniquity, but rejoiceth in the truth; Beareth all things, believeth all things, hopeth all things, endureth all things.
- Let no man seek his own, but every man another's wealth.
- I love the Lord, because he hath heard
my voice and my supplications.
Because he hath inclined his ear unto me,
therefore will I call upon him as long as I live. - But speaking the truth in love, may grow up into him in all things, which is the head, even Christ.
- Though I speak with the tongues of men and of angels, and have not charity, I am become as sounding brass, or a tinkling cymbal.
- But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law.
- For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.
- For he that will love life, and see good days, let him refrain his tongue from evil, and his lips that they speak no guile: Let him eschew evil, and do good; let him seek peace, and ensue it.
- Love worketh no ill to his neighbour: therefore love is the fulfilling of the law.
- Let no man despise thy youth; but be thou an example of the believers, in word, in conversation, in charity, in spirit, in faith, in purity.
- But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you.
- Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword?
- Herein is love, not that we loved God, but that he loved us, and sent his Son to be the propitiation for our sins.
- The Lord is merciful and gracious,
slow to anger, and plenteous in mercy.
For his anger endureth but a moment;
in his favour is life:
weeping may endure for a night,
but joy cometh in the morning.Help us, O God of our salvation,
for the glory of thy name:
and deliver us, and purge away our sins,
for thy name's sake. And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.Next verse! With image
