- See then that ye walk circumspectly, not as fools, but as wise, Redeeming the time, because the days are evil.

and so the Lord, the God of hosts, shall be with you,

he preserveth the souls of his saints;
he delivereth them out of the hand of the wicked. - How much then is a man better than a sheep? Wherefore it is lawful to do well on the sabbath days.
- And God saw their works, that they turned from their evil way; and God repented of the evil, that he had said that he would do unto them; and he did it not.
- A prudent man foreseeth the evil, and hideth himself;
but the simple pass on, and are punished. - Let no man say when he is tempted, I am tempted of God: for God cannot be tempted with evil, neither tempteth he any man.
